Blood Strike Cash Explained: Buy Stations, Supports & Respawns

Cash in Blood Strike is the in-match currency you loot and earn during a Battle Royale round, and it spends at Buy Stations on armour plates, ammo, custom weapons, tactical supports and teammate respawns. It vanishes when the match ends, which is exactly why hoarding it is the most common mistake in the mode.

The gap between an average squad and a squad that keeps winning late circles is rarely aim. It is usually a wallet. One team lands, loots, fights, and reaches the final rotation with a pile of unspent Cash and a dead teammate who could have been bought back twenty minutes earlier. The other team spent everything the moment it had it, and arrives with plates, a loadout weapon and a full roster.

This guide covers where Cash actually comes from, everything a Buy Station sells, and the spending order that survives contact. Newer players get the mechanics defined as they appear; experienced players will find the useful part in the timing rules near the end, because when you spend matters more than what you buy.

💵 What is Cash in Blood Strike?

Cash is the Battle Royale round currency, separate from anything on your account. You carry it only inside the current match, spend it at Buy Stations placed around the map, and lose whatever is left when the round ends. It never converts into account progress of any kind.

That single property drives every decision below. Because unspent Cash is worth nothing the moment you die or the match ends, it has no savings value; it only has purchasing value while the round is live. Players coming from games with persistent economies keep treating it like a balance to protect, when it behaves far more like a timer counting down.

Keeping it distinct from the account-level currency matters too. Strike Gold is the premium currency you top up and spend on cosmetics and progression outside a match, whereas Cash exists only inside one. If you want the account-side picture, the Blood Strike Gold guide covers what Strike Gold actually buys; nothing in this article touches it.

💰 How do you earn Cash during a match?

Cash comes from four reliable sources: looting it directly from the ground and from crates, eliminating enemy players who drop what they were carrying, completing contracts and missions marked on the map, and picking up the Team Cash airdrop item, which pays every member of your squad at once.

Those sources reward very different playstyles, and that is the point. A squad avoiding fights can still fund itself through contracts and looting, because the mode does not force you to kill for income. A squad hunting fights earns faster but spends more on plates and respawns, so its income advantage is smaller than it looks. Neither approach is wrong, but each needs a different spending plan.

Team Cash is the source worth learning specifically. Because it pays the whole squad rather than the person who grabs it, contesting an airdrop for it is worth roughly triple what the same fight would be worth for a solo pickup. That changes the maths on whether to challenge a contested drop, especially early when nobody has enough for a loadout yet.

🏪 What can you buy at a Buy Station?

Buy Stations stock the consumables and upgrades that decide fights: armour plates, ammo refills, custom weapons from your own loadout, upgrade points, tactical supports such as UAV scans and loadout drops, and teammate respawn tokens. Everything is bought with squad-earned Cash at a fixed station location. For the detail behind that, see Account Safety How to Avoid Scams.

The stations are static and marked, which makes them predictable in both directions. You know where to go when you need plates, but so does everyone else, so a Buy Station late in a round is a natural ambush point. Approaching one without checking angles is how squads lose the fight they were funding themselves for.

Custom weapons are the purchase most players underrate. Pulling your own configured weapon out of a Buy Station ends the loot lottery entirely, because you stop fighting with whatever the floor gave you and start fighting with the setup you actually practise. That reliability is usually worth more than any single killstreak you could buy with the same Cash.

🚁 How do tactical supports and airdrop calls work?

Tactical supports are purchasable mid-match tools rather than looted items. The catalogue covers scanning options like UAVs that reveal enemy positions, offensive strikes including precision and cluster variants, vehicle drops, and loadout drops that deliver your configured kit to your position.

Supports are information and tempo, not raw damage, and that is how they should be budgeted. A scan bought before a rotation tells your squad whether the compound ahead is held, which prevents the fight you were going to lose rather than winning the one you were going to have. Strikes are the exception, since they exist to break an entrenched team out of a building you cannot push, so buy them reactively rather than by habit.

Blood Strike has expanded this layer over successive updates, and NetEase's own patch notes have added mid-round supply options rather than removing them, so treat the exact catalogue as something to check each season instead of memorising once. The principle is stable even when the stock list is not: supports convert Cash into knowledge or space, and both are worth more than a fuller inventory. 🩹 How does buying teammates back actually work?

A downed and eliminated teammate can be brought back by purchasing a respawn at a Buy Station with squad Cash. The cost is paid by whoever buys, the returning player comes back without their previous loot, and the purchase is available for as long as the round's respawn window allows.

This is the highest-value purchase in the mode and the one squads most often delay. A missing teammate is not just lost damage; it is lost vision on a third of your angles, which means every subsequent fight is harder and every rotation is riskier. Because the cost is fixed while the value of a body rises as the circle tightens, buying back early is strictly better than buying back later.

The returning player arriving empty-handed is the part that trips people up. Plan for it: whoever buys the respawn should have a plan to funnel plates and a weapon to them quickly, or the squad spends Cash to add a teammate who cannot fight yet. Buying a respawn and a custom weapon in the same trip is usually the better package than buying the respawn alone.

🧭 What is the right order to spend Cash in?

Spend in this order: buy back eliminated teammates first, then a custom weapon for anyone still running floor loot, then plates and ammo to full, then supports with whatever is left. The rule underneath it is simple, because Cash held at the end of a round is Cash you wasted. It is worth knowing Collab Skins Explained Events, Rarity & Returns.

The order works because each step multiplies the next. A respawned teammate makes the weapon purchase matter, the weapon makes the plates matter, and only a squad that is already whole and armed gets full value out of a scan. Buying supports first is the classic inversion; the scan reveals a fight your three-quarters-strength squad then loses.

Timing matters as much as order. Early Cash is scarce and should go almost entirely to loadout weapons and plates. Mid-round income is where respawns and the first support purchases fit. In the final circles, spend down to zero on plates and strikes, since there is no later. Squads that carry a reserve into the last rotation are not being disciplined, they are simply leaving purchased advantage on the table.

One caveat worth holding: the station has to be safe to use. Cash you cannot reach a Buy Station to spend is the same as Cash you never earned, so factor station positions into your rotation rather than treating shopping trips as something you fit in between fights. The map's economy layer works alongside the round's other systems, and the Blood Strike Wildcards guide covers the perk layer that shapes how you fight between those trips, while the complete Blood Strike beginner's guide puts the modes, Strikers and ranks around it.

❓ Common questions about Cash in Blood Strike

Does leftover Cash carry over to the next match? No. It exists only inside the round you earned it in, which is why spending down to zero before the final circle is the correct habit rather than a risky one.

Is Cash shared across the squad? Each player earns and holds their own, but purchases like respawns and supports benefit the whole team, and the Team Cash airdrop pays every member at once. In practice, squads should coordinate who buys what rather than everyone buying plates.

Can you buy Cash with real money? No. It is earned inside the match through looting, eliminations, contracts and airdrops only. Account currencies are a separate system entirely and do not convert into round Cash.

Is a custom weapon always worth the price? Almost always, if you are still using floor loot. The value is consistency rather than raw stats, because you stop relearning a random weapon mid-fight, and consistency compounds across every remaining engagement.
