HSR Deep Immersifier: How to Use It and When to Craft More
By Sir Ayup 6 October 2026, 06:00 WIB
To use a Deep Immersifier in HSR, open the Interastral Peace Guide and use it to quickly extract Planar Ornaments, with no domain run and no Trailblaze Power spent. It is not the same item as the regular Immersifier you craft from 40 Trailblaze Power, and that difference decides how you should use both. Deep Immersifiers are a limited weekly bonus you cannot craft, so they belong on the Ornament set you need most; regular Immersifiers are a way to store Trailblaze Power, so you craft them when your energy is about to go to waste.
This guide explains what each item does, where to use them, and the moments when crafting more Immersifiers actually helps. Details are accurate as of Version 4.x.
Deep Immersifier vs Immersifier: Two Items With One Job

Both items exist to get you Planar Ornaments, the two-piece gear sets that sit next to Relics on every character. The way they work is different:
- Immersifier: crafted from 40 Trailblaze Power, or earned in small numbers from Simulated Universe rewards. You spend one to claim Ornament rewards after clearing an Elite or Boss fight, in place of paying 40 Trailblaze Power on the spot. You can hold up to 12, a cap that was raised from 8 in Version 3.0.
- Deep Immersifier: earned only from Currency Wars point rewards, up to 4 per reward cycle. Its in-game description calls it a deeply digitized form of Trailblaze Power for use only within the Interastral Peace Guide, where it lets you extract Planar Ornaments quickly without fighting the domain.
The short version: an Immersifier is stored energy you still spend inside a run, while a Deep Immersifier skips the run entirely. If you are still getting to grips with how Ornaments differ from Relics, the sets and main stats that matter for each character are the place to start before spending either item.
How to Use a Deep Immersifier in HSR

As for where to use a Deep Immersifier in HSR, the answer is short: only inside the Interastral Peace Guide, never mid-run in the Simulated Universe. The item is built for speed, so using it takes only a few taps:
- Open the Interastral Peace Guide from the phone menu.
- Go to the Survival Index section, where Planar Ornament extraction is listed.
- Pick the Ornament domain that drops the set you want.
- Choose the quick extraction option and confirm with your Deep Immersifier.
The rewards land directly, with the same random main stats and substats as a normal clear. That last point is important: a Deep Immersifier saves you time and Trailblaze Power, but it does not improve the odds of a good piece. The value comes entirely from which domain you point it at.
Because you only get a few per cycle, spend them on the set your main damage dealer still needs rather than spreading them across every domain. Concentrating extractions on one set gives you far better odds of finishing a usable two-piece with the right main stats.
Where to Use a Regular Immersifier in HSR
Knowing how to use an Immersifier in HSR comes down to timing: a regular Immersifier is spent inside the run, not from the menu. The Planar Ornament farm runs through two places:
- Divergent Universe Ornament Extraction: the main Ornament farm for most players. After clearing the domain's fights, you claim the reward with either 40 Trailblaze Power or one Immersifier.
- Simulated Universe: Immersion Reward stations appear after Elite and Boss fights, and each claim costs the same 40 Trailblaze Power or one Immersifier.
If you are newer to the mode, it helps to understand how Blessings, Curios and Paths shape a Simulated Universe run, since a smooth run is what makes repeated Ornament claims quick.
When you reach a reward station, the game asks whether to pay with Trailblaze Power or an Immersifier. Paying with an Immersifier keeps your current Trailblaze Power free for other farming, which is useful in a long session where you want to clear Ornaments and Relic domains back to back.
How to Craft Immersifiers
Crafting happens from the Trailblaze Power menu, not inside the Simulated Universe. Tap your Trailblaze Power counter, switch to the Immersifier option, choose how many to make and confirm. Each one costs 40 Trailblaze Power, and you can keep up to 12 at once.
Crafting is low-risk because the conversion works both ways: an Immersifier can be turned back into 40 Trailblaze Power, so you never lose energy by storing it this way. That flexibility is what makes Immersifiers a useful buffer rather than a commitment to Ornaments only.
When to Craft More Immersifiers
Since the arrival of Reserved Trailblaze Power, which holds up to 2,400 points on top of the normal 300 cap, crafting Immersifiers is no longer about avoiding waste on an ordinary day. It still makes sense in a few specific situations:
- Before a long break: if your Reserved Trailblaze Power is close to full and you will be away, converting some energy into Immersifiers gives you another 480 points of storage across 12 Immersifiers.
- Ahead of a planned Ornament session: crafting a batch in advance lets you clear several Ornament Extraction runs in one sitting without stopping to manage energy.
- When Relics are your priority: paying for Ornaments with stored Immersifiers leaves your live Trailblaze Power for Cavern of Corrosion runs, so you can push both gear types forward on the same day.
- When your energy is about to cap and nothing else needs it: an Immersifier is a better place for spare energy than letting it overflow.
On the other hand, there is little point crafting Immersifiers you will immediately spend in the same session, since paying 40 Trailblaze Power directly at the reward station costs exactly the same. How regeneration, the cap and Reserved Trailblaze Power fit together is covered in more depth in the Trailblaze Power regen and cap breakdown.
How Much Ornament Farming Your Energy Actually Covers
A little math shows why Deep Immersifiers are worth chasing. Trailblaze Power regenerates at 1 point every 6 minutes, which is 240 points a day or about 1,680 a week before any Fuel or refreshes. At 40 points per Ornament claim, that is enough for roughly 42 claims a week if you spent every point on Ornaments and nothing else.
In practice, almost nobody does. Relics, Trace materials and character ascension all draw from the same pool, so most players end up splitting their energy and running far fewer Ornament claims. That is where the Deep Immersifier earns its place: up to 4 extractions per cycle that cost no Trailblaze Power at all, which means extra Ornament attempts on top of whatever your energy already covers.
Seen that way, the two items fit together neatly. Deep Immersifiers add free extractions, while regular Immersifiers let you choose when your existing energy goes into Ornaments.
Common Mistakes With Immersifiers
A few habits waste more energy and extractions than anything else:
- Spreading Deep Immersifiers across every domain: with only a few per cycle, splitting them means none of your sets come together.
- Leaving Deep Immersifiers unclaimed: they come from Currency Wars point rewards, so if you skip the mode, you skip the bonus extractions too.
- Crafting to the cap and forgetting about it: twelve Immersifiers sitting idle for weeks are 480 Trailblaze Power that could have been building your team.
- Farming Ornaments before a character is ready: Ornaments only matter once the character's level, Traces and Light Cone are in place, so extractions spent too early often go to waste.
The Best Way to Use Both Items
Put together, a simple routine gets the most from each item:
- Claim your Deep Immersifiers from Currency Wars every cycle and spend them all on the one Ornament set your main character needs.
- Use regular Immersifiers as a buffer, crafting them only before a break, before a planned farming session or when energy is about to overflow.
- Pay for Ornament claims with Immersifiers when you want your live Trailblaze Power for Relics the same day.
- Keep a few Immersifiers in reserve rather than always crafting to 12, so the buffer is there when you need it.
Free-to-play players get the most from treating Deep Immersifiers as their weekly Ornament bonus and crafting regular ones only as overflow storage. Players who log in every day can lean on Reserved Trailblaze Power and keep Immersifiers for big farming sessions. Newer players will find the wider progression loop laid out step by step in the HSR beginner's guide to warps, characters and Stellar Jade.
Even with every Immersifier spent wisely, Ornament farming is a long grind of random substats, and it runs alongside Relics, Traces and weekly modes that all compete for the same energy. If that daily routine is more than you have time for, you can start from one of the Honkai: Star Rail Accounts with built characters already in place, hand the daily Trailblaze Power spending and Ornament farming to a player through Honkai: Star Rail Hourly Services, or clear Memory of Chaos and other endgame goals with Honkai: Star Rail Boosting.
