How Long Are You Protected?
Set on every listing
Each listing has its own protection period, shown on the listing page (for example, 3 days). The seller chooses it, from the market's minimum up to 30 days.
EXTENDED protection EXTENDED
Listings that offer at least twice the market's minimum show the EXTENDED badge.
What Buyer Protection Covers
Know what is protected before you buy.
Covered
- The product was not delivered within the promised time
- The product is significantly different from the listing description
- The seller did not fulfill the order as agreed or stopped responding
Not covered
- Deals or payments made outside GameMarket.gg
- Orders already completed, by you or automatically
- Chargebacks through your bank or payment provider
- Claims without a valid reason, which are treated as fraud
Something Wrong? Report a Problem
- Report in time - Open your order and press Issue order before the protection period ends.
- Send evidence - Add evidence such as screenshots, chat logs, or a video. Both sides have 24 hours to send evidence.
- Payment on hold - While the issue is open, the payment stays on hold.
- Admin decision - An admin decides within 24 to 72 hours. The decision is final.
Refunds Go to Your GM Coins
- If an order is canceled, your money goes back to your GM Coins balance right away.
- If the seller does not start delivery within 48 hours, the order is canceled automatically.
- Refunds are made in GM Coins only. They cannot be converted back to the original payment method or to cash. GM Coins do not expire.
