7DS Grand Cross Heimdallr Pull or Save? God Team Anchor 85M Analysis
By Sir Ayup 12 October 2026, 09:00 WIB
7DS Grand Cross Heimdallr, officially [Omniscient Watcher] God of Observation Heimdallr, is the headline of the 85M DL Special Pick Up Draw, and he is one of the most team-dependent heroes the game has released in months. At gamemarket.gg, we went through his official kit to answer the only question that matters before you spend: pull or save? The short version is that Heimdallr is built almost entirely for [Ragnarok] and God teams. If you run that core, he is close to essential. If you do not, his value drops sharply. His banner ends with the October 28 update maintenance.
Banner Details

- Banner: 85M DL Special Pick Up Draw
- Period: After the October 7 update maintenance until before the October 28 update maintenance
- Featured hero: [Omniscient Watcher] God of Observation Heimdallr
- Bonus: if you obtain [Master of Light] Sun God Freyr from this draw, he is granted at UR grade and Lv. 90
Two other notes from the official draw notice are worth knowing. First, Heimdallr will not join the regular draws after the event, although he may appear in future banners. Second, the Freyr bonus does not apply when Freyr is obtained through the 300 Loyalty Points reward.
The notice also links the draw to the 85M DL Godlike Festival Special Mission Part 2, the Event Boss Exchange Shop and the Diamond Shop Bonus, so check those for extra resources before you pull. If you want a refresher on how draw types and duplicates work, our 7DS Grand Cross gacha guide covers the basics.
Heimdallr's Unique: One Who Observes All

Heimdallr's Unique ability is where most of his value sits. It affects Applicable Allies, defined as [Ragnarok] and God heroes.
Team buffs:
- Applicable Allies get +15% basic stats and take 60% less damage.
- If Heimdallr uses a single-target attack that Deletes an enemy skill, Applicable Allies heal 30% of their Max HP and gain +20% HP-related stats for 2 turns.
Enemy control:
- At the start of battle, all enemies receive Watch for 2 turns, which cuts their damage dealt by 80%.
- If there are 2 or more surviving enemies at the start of battle or at the start of your turn, the enemy with the most skills is afflicted with Observer's Eye for 1 turn. Observer's Eye means +50% damage taken and −100% Crit Resistance.
- While an enemy has Observer's Eye, Applicable Allies do not take Reflect damage.
- Heimdallr himself only takes damage from the basic stats of enemies afflicted with Observer's Eye.
PvP bonus:
- In PvP, enemies with Observer's Eye have their skills checked, and each checked skill gives Applicable Allies +10% basic stats, stacking up to 5 times.
Put together, the Unique turns a God and Ragnarok team into a much safer, much stronger unit: lower incoming damage, Reflect immunity and stacking stats in PvP.
Heimdallr's Skills

All three of his attacks scale from Max HP, which shapes how you should build him.
Capital Punishment
- Deals damage equal to 46% of his Max HP to one enemy, then Deletes 1 of their skills.
- Delete removes a random skill. If the target has no skills, it removes their Ultimate Move instead.
- Because it is a single-target Delete, this is the skill that triggers his healing and HP buff for allies.
Chain of Command
- Applies Watch to all enemies for 2 turns.
- Deals Detection damage equal to 21% of his Max HP. Detection adds extra damage equal to 35% of the target's remaining HP.
Ultimate: Absolute Surveillance
- Applies Watch to all enemies for 2 turns.
- Adds Observer's Eye if there are 2 or more enemies.
- Deals Detection damage equal to 100% of his Max HP to one enemy.
The pattern is clear. Chain of Command and his Ultimate refresh Watch, keeping enemy damage low, while Capital Punishment strips skills and sustains your team. He is a controller and enabler first, with damage as a bonus.
Why Heimdallr Matters for God and Ragnarok Teams
Heimdallr's design leans hard toward one team archetype. For players who already run God and [Ragnarok] heroes, he adds four things at once:
- Survivability: a 60% damage reduction for Applicable Allies, plus an 80% damage cut on enemies from Watch.
- Counterplay: Reflect immunity while Observer's Eye is active removes one of the common ways opponents punish strong attacks.
- Sustain: each single-target Delete heals Applicable Allies for 30% of their Max HP.
- PvP scaling: up to +50% basic stats from checked skills.
The timing also helps. The same update made Sun God Freyr eligible for Legendary Evolution to LR, and this banner gives Freyr at UR Lv. 90 if you pull him. For God-team players, that makes this banner more valuable than a typical single-hero pick-up.
Who Should Pull for Heimdallr
- Players with an established God or [Ragnarok] team. Heimdallr's Unique only buffs those heroes, so this is where he shines.
- PvP-focused players. The stacking stat bonus, Reflect immunity and Watch control all point toward PvP. Our guide to Geared PvP and defense teams shows where he could fit.
- Players who want Sun God Freyr as well. Pulling Freyr from this draw gives him at UR Lv. 90, a strong head start toward his new LR evolution.
- Collectors of limited heroes. Heimdallr will not be added to the regular draws after the event.
Who Should Save
- Accounts without God or [Ragnarok] heroes. Without Applicable Allies, most of his Unique does nothing, and you would be pulling for a controller with no team to support.
- PvE-only players who rely on other team types. Watch and Delete still help, but his biggest bonuses target God and Ragnarok lineups.
- Players saving for a specific upcoming banner. If your Diamonds are earmarked, our Diamond spending priority guide can help you decide what comes first.
What Else Arrived in the October 7 Update
Heimdallr launched alongside several additions that shape this month:
- Sun God Freyr LR Evolution: the [Master of Light] Sun God Freyr can now undergo Legendary Evolution, classified as an LR Collection Hero.
- New Demonic Beast Battle, Surtr and the Primordial Flame: a new boss with its own strategy event. Our Demonic Beast guide explains how these battles and their rewards work.
- Event Boss Battle: Demonic Beast Bellmoth and Original Demon, with an Event Exchange Shop, running until the October 28 maintenance. It can be cleared up to 5 times per day, plus extra charged attempts.
- Heimdallr events: the "God's Eyes" Challenge and "The Supreme God's Right Hand Has Arrived!" Victory Event.
- New costume sets, available as sets until October 21 and individually from October 22.
Verdict: Pull or Save?
Pull if you run God and [Ragnarok] heroes, play PvP seriously or want Sun God Freyr at UR Lv. 90 for his new LR evolution. Heimdallr adds damage reduction, enemy control, Reflect immunity and sustain to exactly that team, and he is limited.
Save if you do not have God or Ragnarok heroes, play mainly with other team types or are holding Diamonds for something specific. His kit is powerful, but it is built for one archetype.
Whichever you choose, decide before the October 28 maintenance, when the banner closes.
