eFootball Oct 22 POTW & Show Time: Haaland, Raphinha, Doku
By Sir Ayup
eFootball's October 22, 2026 player refresh gives Dream Team players three different selections to consider: POTW: Worldwide 22 Oct '26, POTW: European Club Championship, and Show Time: Magical Dribblers. The final in-game selection screens now reveal every player in both 11-card POTW lists, the three featured Show Time cards, their highlighted skills, and the signing costs displayed for each selection. That makes it possible to compare what is actually on offer rather than relying on pre-release guesses.
The biggest names cover very different roles. Erling Haaland leads the Worldwide POTW presentation alongside Pedro Neto and Pau Cubarsí; the European Club Championship selection highlights Vitinha, Antonio Rüdiger, and Bradley Barcola. Meanwhile, Magical Dribblers features Raphinha, Jérémy Doku, and Désiré Doué, each shown with a highest possible Overall Rating of 101. The important question is not which banner has the largest number. It is which player—and which draw format—actually fits your squad.
Three October 22 Collections, Three Different Decisions
The two POTW collections are separate 11-player selections. Their captured menus each display 11/11 cards, a price of 100 eFootball Coins for one player, and Remaining: 3 for the account shown. That last counter describes the displayed account's available draws; readers should confirm their own counter before signing anyone.
Magical Dribblers uses a much larger 150-player Limited Draw. Its captured menu shows 100 Coins for one player or 900 Coins for ten players, with the counter at 150/150 before any draws on the account pictured. It is not a three-player pack: the three large cards are the featured Show Time players, while the Available Players screen contains many other cards.
These conditions change the decision. The POTW menus offer a small selection with a limited number of attempts, whereas a large Show Time box presents a broader pool and a different Coin commitment. Seeing three 101-rated featured players on a banner does not mean one of them is guaranteed from a single draw or a ten-player draw.
Show Time Magical Dribblers: Raphinha, Doku and Doué

The Magical Dribblers banner presents three Show Time cards, all marked 101 as their highest possible displayed Overall Ratings. It also names the following highlighted skills:
- Raphinha — CF, 101: Momentum Dribbling, Low Screamer, and Attacking Surge.
- Jérémy Doku — LWF, 101: Momentum Dribbling and Acceleration Burst.
- Désiré Doué — RWF, 101: Magnetic Feet and Tap Trick.
The combination is interesting because the players do not occupy the same position. Raphinha is presented as a central forward, giving managers a reason to assess his movement and finishing role rather than assume this particular card is designed only for the wing. Doku covers the left side, with two highlighted abilities tied to his dribbling-oriented identity. Doué occupies the right, with a different pair of highlighted skills.
These names are highlights from the selection screen, not a full list of each player's abilities or a numerical explanation of how the skills work. The screenshot does not give exact skill multipliers, individual attribute distributions, or controlled gameplay comparisons. A player who values the specific skills should open the relevant card's Details screen instead of inferring their exact effect from the labels alone.

The Available Players screen also visibly includes Loïs Openda (CF), Samuele Inácio (SS), Kingsley Ehizibue (RB), Tijjani Noslin (RWF), Savio (RWF), Rafa Silva (SS), Arnaut Danjuma (LWF), Ulisses Garcia (LB), and Moisés Caicedo (DMF), in addition to the three featured Show Time cards. Those are names clearly visible in the provided screenshot, not a claim to enumerate all 150 players. Other cards are cut off at the right edge of the image, so their complete names are deliberately excluded.
For anyone thinking about drawing from Magical Dribblers, the practical comparison starts with the CF, LWF and RWF places in their starting eleven. Three high-profile attackers can make a banner appealing, but it is still important to examine the other possible results in a 150-player box. If the current squad already has convincing options in those roles, a POTW signing may address a more immediate need.
POTW Worldwide 22 Oct '26: Haaland, Neto and Cubarsí

The Worldwide selection's banner highlights Erling Haaland (CF, 98) with One-touch Pass, Pedro Neto (RWF, 96) with Double Touch, and Pau Cubarsí (CB, 98) with Through Passing. These ratings are the banner's displayed highest-possible values, not the same numbers printed beside every card in the Available Players grid.
All 11 player names and registered positions visible in the Worldwide list are:

- Erling Haaland — CF
- Arda Güler — CMF
- Diego Gómez — RMF
- Víctor Muñoz — RMF
- Filip Stanković — GK
- Kubo Takefusa — RMF
- Pau Cubarsí — CB
- Pedro Neto — RWF
- Adrien Rabiot — SS
- Illia Zabarnyi — CB
- Lassine Sinayoko — CF
Haaland is an obvious candidate for managers who want a centre-forward, but the presence of One-touch Pass on the banner makes his showcased skill worth checking alongside the way the team builds attacks. Neto offers a wide-right option with Double Touch highlighted, while Cubarsí gives the pack a centre-back with Through Passing highlighted. Those labels suggest different kinds of squad needs, but they are not evidence that one card is universally better in matches.
The remaining players broaden the choice. Arda Güler and Rabiot are alternatives for teams reconsidering the middle or advanced areas; Zabarnyi adds another centre-back; Stanković provides a goalkeeper option. The three right-midfield entries—Gómez, Muñoz and Kubo—also mean this pack should not be judged solely by its headline striker.

POTW European Club Championship: Vitinha, Rüdiger and Barcola

The second POTW selection is European Club Championship, presented with a different 11-player pool. Its featured banner shows Vitinha (CMF, 98) and Long-range Shooting, Antonio Rüdiger (CB, 97) and First-time Shot, plus Bradley Barcola (LWF, 97) and Fighting Spirit. These are the labels shown above the featured cards, not a complete skill inventory.
The 11 names and positions visible in its Available Players list are:

- Vitinha — CMF
- Karim Adeyemi — LWF
- Antonio Rüdiger — CB
- Nicolas Jackson — CF
- Santiago Mouriño — RB
- Kaique — GK
- Bradley Barcola — LWF
- Eberechi Eze — LMF
- Pablo Barrios — CMF
- Nicolò Tresoldi — CF
- Gjivai Zechiël — CMF
This list gives midfield-minded players several names to investigate, rather than concentrating only on attack. Vitinha, Barrios and Zechiël are all displayed at CMF, while Eze appears at LMF. Rüdiger offers a centre-back option, with Mouriño listed at right-back and Kaique in goal. Barcola and Adeyemi cover the left wing, and Jackson and Tresoldi add centre-forward choices.
The highlighted First-time Shot label above Rüdiger may look surprising on a CB card, but it should be reported as the on-screen highlight rather than rewritten into a different defensive skill. Likewise, the skill labels above Vitinha and Barcola are only the featured labels shown by the pack presentation. Their full card Details screens are the place to confirm every available ability.
For comparison, the September 17 European Club Championship POTW selection featured a different group of players. Its names and ratings do not carry over to this October 22 selection.
POTW vs Show Time: What Do the Draw Screens Actually Tell You?
The most useful distinction is the signing format. Both October 22 POTW images show a 100-Coin single draw, an 11/11 selection counter, and three attempts remaining on the account pictured. The Magical Dribblers image instead shows a 150/150 Limited Draw, with one player for 100 Coins or ten players for 900 Coins.
The Show Time menu therefore provides a multi-draw option, but its larger pool also makes it important to consider the full list of potential results. The POTW selections have far fewer cards, yet the displayed attempt limit prevents treating either one as a guaranteed way to sign a particular star. None of the provided screens establishes a guaranteed Raphinha, Haaland or Vitinha result after a fixed small number of draws.
The Overall Ratings also require care. Each screenshot explicitly notes that the displayed ratings reflect the highest possible ratings of those players. The smaller Available Players grid sometimes prints a different number from the large featured banner. Report those displays separately instead of mixing them into a single unexplained ranking or implying that a card starts at its banner value.
For a refresher on how Overall Ratings differ from Playing Styles and Player Skills, see eFootball Player Stats Explained. The difference is especially relevant when comparing a special dribbling skill with a POTW card that happens to display a similar overall number.
Which October 22 Pack Fits Your Dream Team?
Choose the collection based on the weakest role in your existing formation, not simply the most famous name on the banner.
If a team needs a central forward, Haaland in Worldwide POTW and Raphinha in Magical Dribblers invite a direct role-based comparison, while Nicolas Jackson and Nicolò Tresoldi are additional CF names in the European Club Championship list. That is not a claim they play identically: the selection screens establish positions and featured skills, not complete behavior or final performance.
For a wide attacker, Pedro Neto offers an RWF option in Worldwide POTW, Barcola and Adeyemi appear at LWF in European Club Championship, and the Show Time banner features Doku at LWF and Doué at RWF. A manager who regularly uses both wings may care more about these positional choices than about chasing another CF.
Midfield and defense tell a different story. Vitinha, Arda Güler, Pablo Barrios, Gjivai Zechiël, Eberechi Eze, Diego Gómez, Víctor Muñoz, Takefusa Kubo, and Adrien Rabiot give the POTW selections a range of displayed central, wide and advanced-midfield roles. Cubarsí, Rüdiger, Zabarnyi, Mouriño, Stanković, and Kaique cover the listed defensive and goalkeeping positions. Magical Dribblers is promoted around three attackers, so it should not automatically be treated as the preferred choice for someone trying to improve their back line.
Before committing Coins, open each player's card and check the Playing Style, usable positions, complete skills, and any progression options that apply. The September 10 POTW lineup breakdown is an earlier example of evaluating an actual weekly selection; it is useful as an approach, not as a source for October's player data.
The October 22 refresh offers three genuinely different decisions: two compact POTW lists and a much larger Show Time box. With the names, featured skills and draw conditions now visible in-game, players can make those decisions using the current screens rather than pre-release predictions. Check the expiry timer in your own game before spending, because the screenshots show a relative countdown rather than a universal local cutoff time.
