Reverse 1999 Everecho Guide: Kit, Teams & Should You Pull?
By Sir Ayup 23 September 2026, 04:00 WIB
Reverse: 1999 Version 3.8 brings Everecho, a new 6-star Mineral Arcanist built as the sustain core for the Conduit archetype. Her job is not simply to refill HP. She turns incoming damage into a separate safety resource, feeds Chaotic Energy back into Conduit rotations, adds teamwide damage support, and can remove multiple negative effects with her healing skill.
Everecho is a high-value pull if you are actively building Conduit, especially if you own The Twins and Coppélia. If you do not plan to use Conduit, her value drops sharply because her kit is designed around that system.
Global Version 3.8, The Temporal Scale, launches on September 24 (UTC-5), with Everecho on the opening banner. Global's official preview confirms her as a Mineral-Afflatus healer for the Conduit archetype. Detailed numbers first came from the earlier CN Version 3.8 release, so treat exact values as provisional until the Global live client confirms them.
For the rest of the patch, GameMarket's Version 3.8 overview covers the story, refreshed Beginner Banner, anniversary rewards, and other changes separately.
Everecho is a healer built around taking damage
Everecho's most unusual sustain mechanic is Soothing Song.
When allies lose HP, they build Remembrance based on the percentage of HP lost. Everecho then uses that stored value as part of her healing loop. In the CN kit, her Insight I restores HP to all allies at the start of the round based on a percentage of their Remembrance.
That gives her healing a different rhythm from a normal reactive healer: damage already taken becomes a resource that helps the team recover over subsequent turns.
At Insight III, she also opens battle with teamwide damage reduction, helping Conduit teams survive while their resource cycle comes online.
Her Conduit mechanics are the real reason to pull
Everecho does not use the standard Incantation-and-Ultimate structure.
Like other Conduit characters, she interacts with Harmonization and Energy rather than playing exactly like a conventional Moxie unit. Her kit also generates Chaotic Energy, which can be consumed by Conduit allies regardless of whether their own Energy type is Mineral or Star.
A Conduit team wants to keep its special actions cycling without waiting for the right resource. Everecho contributes to that loop while filling the healer slot, instead of using a sustain character who does nothing for the archetype's engine.
Her Insight III also stores excess Harmonization from allied Conduit characters, up to a cap in the CN version, then feeds it back when space becomes available. In practical terms, it reduces wasted resource generation and makes rotations more forgiving.
That is why she should be evaluated as Conduit infrastructure, not just another Mineral healer.
Yesterday's Yearning keeps the buffs moving
One of Everecho's Conduit actions, Yesterday's Yearning, deals Reality damage to all enemies and gives the party stacks of Past Shadows.
Past Shadows increases team damage, with the effect scaling further as more stacks are held. The buff lasts for a limited duration but refreshes when new stacks are added.
This means Everecho still contributes offensive value when the team is not under heavy pressure. For Conduit compositions, one slot covers healing, survivability, Energy support, and a meaningful damage buff.
Tomorrow's Hope is the emergency button
Her second important action is Tomorrow's Hope.
In the CN Version 3.8 kit, it restores HP to the entire party based on Everecho's ATK and dispels up to two negative effects from allies, including categories such as Stats Down, Negative Status, and Control.
That cleanse matters in fights where raw healing is not enough, especially when a key debuff can break the team's rotation.
The skill is tied to Long-Lost Light, so it is not something you spam without thinking. You need to manage her Conduit state and Energy flow so the stronger recovery option is available when the team actually needs it.
Echoes' Embrace turns sustain into offense
Everecho's larger Conduit action, Echoes' Embrace, attacks all enemies and applies several effects at once.
Based on the CN kit, it can:
-
reduce enemy Reality DEF, Mental DEF, and Critical DEF through Hollow Shell,
-
give allies multiple stacks of Past Shadows,
-
give allied Conduit characters additional Critical DMG support through the interaction tied to those stacks.
This is where her kit stops looking like a standard healer.
A good sustain character keeps the team alive. Everecho tries to make the turns spent sustaining contribute directly to the team's damage cycle.
That design is especially valuable in longer endgame encounters, where a healer-support hybrid frees the rest of the composition to focus more aggressively on damage.
Best Everecho teams
Her most natural team is a full Conduit core.
The Twins + Coppélia + Everecho + Rhiannon
This is the clearest premium setup for players who already own the collaboration-limited The Twins.
The Twins handle the main damage role. Coppélia supports Conduit damage and Energy flow. Everecho provides the dedicated sustain and Chaotic Energy support. Rhiannon rounds out the team with broad utility while avoiding excessive pressure on the action economy.
The important caveat is availability: The Twins came from the earlier Atomic Heart collaboration, so players who missed them should not assume they can simply build this exact team now.
GameMarket's Atomic Heart collaboration coverage covers that earlier release separately.
Coppélia-centered Conduit
If you do not own The Twins but claimed Coppélia during Version 3.7, Everecho can still form the sustain backbone of a Conduit-oriented roster.
Coppélia can contribute meaningful damage and support, but this version of the team is less straightforward than the premium Twins core. The fourth slot should be chosen around the content you are clearing rather than copied blindly.
Conduit is still developing, so waiting can make sense. Do not pull solely because a later CN unit appears to complete the team; Global announcements should be treated separately until confirmed.
Does Everecho need Portrays?
Her base kit already contains the functions that matter most: healing, damage reduction, Conduit support, resource management, and team buffs.
Her Portrays mainly improve those existing systems.
CN data shows early Portrays increasing the number and cap of Past Shadows stacks and improving Chaotic Energy generation, while later Portrays strengthen her defense reduction, healing, and buff scaling.
That makes extra copies attractive for players heavily invested in Conduit, but P0 is the sensible stopping point for most players unless live Global testing reveals a major breakpoint.
A support should first be judged by whether the base copy performs its intended job. Everecho does.
Who should pull Everecho?
Pull Everecho if:
-
you own The Twins and want their dedicated sustain partner,
-
you are committed to building Conduit,
-
you already use Coppélia and want a healer who also feeds the archetype,
-
your current Conduit setup loses too much tempo by using a generic sustain slot.
Consider skipping if:
-
you have no interest in Conduit,
-
you missed The Twins and do not want to invest around the archetype long-term,
-
your account needs a main DPS more urgently than another specialist support,
-
you are saving for a later character and only want Everecho because she is new.
Everecho compresses several roles, but most of that value matters only when the rest of the team uses what she generates.
The safest pull decision
Everecho is not a universal healer designed to replace every sustain character on every account.
She is much more specific than that — and that is also what makes her interesting.
For a developed Conduit roster, she plugs the most obvious structural hole: keeping the team alive without stepping outside the Energy engine that makes the archetype work. For everyone else, she is a capable support whose strongest advantages may remain underused.
If you already have The Twins + Coppélia, Everecho is one of the easiest Version 3.8 pulls to justify. If you are starting Conduit from scratch, check how many pieces you realistically own before spending Clear Drops.
