What’s On in PGR This Version? Events, Banners and Rewards

This page lists every PGR event in the current version of Punishing: Gray Raven, along with start dates, requirements and rewards. The current version is A Comet's Afterglow, headlined by the new Omniframe Leia: Fortunaster and the new boss challenge Astral Obscura. Events in This Version

Astral Obscura

Astral Obscura is the high-difficulty boss challenge of this version.

• Duration: November 6, 10:00 to November 30, 05:00 (UTC)
• Requirement: Commandant Level 40 or above
• Boss: Polarized Pterygota Queen
• Format: 5 difficulty tiers. Defeated characters respawn during the challenge
• Stars: every stage has a 3-star objective. Collect all 15 stars to claim every Collectible reward. Duplicate Collectibles upgrade their quality
• Rewards: Event Construct R&D Ticket x250, Trade Voucher x200, the Collectible Polarized Pterygota Queen Data Sample, basic training materials and more

Because characters respawn, the challenge rewards learning the boss over several attempts rather than clearing it perfectly on the first try. If you prefer boss content that does not depend on your roster, our Rapid Pursuit guide covers another boss event built around trial characters.

Dreamhouse Tycoon

Dreamhouse Tycoon is the long-running management event of this version.

• Duration: after the update on November 5 until December 16, 05:00 (UTC)
• Requirement: Commandant Level 40 or above
• How it works: manage the Kuroro Building to earn Dream Funds and complete Building Orders for rewards. Earning enough Dream Funds also gives you Promotion Merit, which raises staff levels and improves their skills. Resolving events and finishing orders unlocks higher floors and new decorations
• Rewards: Event Construct R&D Ticket x2,000, Trade Voucher x2,000, the Emote Bling Bling, basic training materials and more

This event offers the largest batch of R&D Tickets in the version, so it is worth checking in on regularly until it closes.

Endeavorer's Charm

A character trial event where you learn how a character plays and clear combat challenges with them. It opens with the update on November 5.

Journal of Promise

The affection story for Leia: Fortunaster, available in this version.

Dreamscape Disequilibrium

Opens on November 12. In this event you weigh wishes against their costs, balance the scale of the Beauty Sefirah and break through Leia's spiritual world. We will add the duration and rewards once the event notice is published.

Munchy Pixels

Opens on November 19. A lighter event where you collect pixel beans with Leia and clear stages. Details will be added once the event notice is published.

Discord 7-Day Sign-in

Link your Discord account and Kuro Pass to join the PGR Discord sign-in event, which started on November 5. Rewards include R&D Tickets and upgrade items.

New Character: Leia: Fortunaster

Leia: Fortunaster is the new Omniframe of this version, with a 100% rate-up banner from November 5. She is an Ice character with the Ice Breaker tag and the Glaciation effect. Her new gear includes:

• Signature weapon, Edges of the Twisted Ribbon (Rhythmic Ray): ATK increases by 10%, and the damage dealt by Ring Theorem is doubled. While holding a Photonic Mark, the damage dealt by Signature: Stardust of the Luminous Waltz is doubled
• CUB, Vulpecula: recommended partner for Leia: Fortunaster, Pull and Damage type, Cryo element
• Memory set, Mousme: the 2-piece set raises Ice DMG by 10%. The 4-piece set doubles the damage of Red Dwarf's Gaze, Brown Dwarf's Monologue, Blue Dwarf's Tears and Ribbon Circuit, and doubles the Light-Catching Energy gained from Dust Coalescence and Astral Oath

Coatings, Shop and Enhancements

• New character coatings: Brilliant Instant and Cradled Moonfrost, on sale from November 5
• Rerun character coatings: Sanguine Justice and Starward Dragon (Starward Dragon is available from November 5 to December 16)
• New and rerun weapon coatings: Blush (Rhythmic Ray), Silver Lining (Keystaff), Glory's Claim (Dual-bladed Lance) and Wild Hunt (Shield Axe)
• Expedition Supply: from November 12
• Enhancement: Weapon Harmony II unlocked for Veronica: Aegis
