Hotta Studio releases codes during three predictable windows: major version launches (the largest code drops, like Version 1.1's June 3 launch), Special Program livestreams (3 codes per broadcast, expiring within 24–72 hours), and milestone events for download counts or community celebrations. Livestream codes are the most time-sensitive — the three codes from the May 23 Special Program (DREAMWALK0603, TOMATO100, RACENOLIMIT) all expired within 48 hours of release. If you catch a livestream code, redeem it immediately rather than saving it for later.

NTE supports in-game code redemption on all platforms (PC, PS5, mobile). Tutorial completion is required before the redemption menu unlocks for new Appraisers.

Open Neverness to Everness on your platform of choice
Complete the tutorial if you're a new Appraiser — the redemption menu is locked until tutorial completion
Open the in-game Settings menu
Navigate to the Account tab
Tap Redemption Code
Enter the code exactly as shown — case-sensitive, no extra spaces
Confirm to redeem
Rewards arrive in your in-game mailbox

If a code returns "Invalid" or "Expired," it has either passed its expiry window or already been redeemed on your account. Each code can only be claimed once per account. Codes are not region-locked, but capital letters and special characters must match exactly.
