MLA October Calendar: Three New Heroes and the Halloween Events

Mobile Legends: Adventure has laid out a dense October, and it is built around two things: three new heroes staggered across the month, and a wave of Halloween events that stack skins, sign-ins and packs into the back half. Almost every event is gated behind a specific campaign stage, so how far you've pushed the campaign decides how much of the calendar you can actually touch. Here is the full month, who's arriving when, and what to prioritize.

The short version

• Three new heroes: Mustang Johnson (Oct 2), Stillframe Marcel (Oct 16), and the Legendary Genesis Shar (Oct 23), plus an Epic Medusa summon (Oct 9) and a new Order/Chaos hero chapter (Oct 30).
• Skin headliner: Dreamscape Palace (Oct 9) reruns Singularity Lunox's Ultimate Legendary skin "Dreamtide Bliss."
• Halloween runs all month: Trick-or-Treat Contest and Halloween Bundle (Oct 9), Halloween Night skins (Oct 16), Candy Bash and Lucky Dip (Oct 23).
• Nearly every event is campaign-gated. The unlock is a specific stage clear, so campaign progress is the real key to the month.
• New campaign chapters 106-109 open after the 704.0 version update (Oct 23).
• Some events also require 3 heroes at Energy Scale 800, so roster depth gates the high-end rewards.

The three new heroes

October brings a new hero roughly every week, each through its own summon event.

• Mustang Johnson — the month's first arrival, with the Stellar Invocation live from October 2 (unlock: clear Campaign 29-45). Johnson comes from the MLBB roster as the cyborg who transforms into a car, so expect a durability-and-engage identity carried into MLA's team format.
• Stillframe Marcel — a new Hybrid hero arriving with the Tinted Mirage Events on October 16. Hybrid heroes sit outside the standard faction buckets, which usually makes them flexible team fits.
• Genesis Shar — the month's Legendary headliner, through the Celestial Supplication summon from October 23. As the Legendary release, Shar is the highest-rarity pull of the month and the one most worth planning resources around.

Two more summon events round out the roster additions: the Starry Invocation for the Epic hero Medusa (Oct 9) and A New Hero's Chapter on Oct 30, which requires owning 5 different Order/Chaos heroes to unlock — a nudge toward building out those factions before month's end.

The campaign-gate pattern

The single most important thing to understand about this calendar is that nearly every event unlocks by clearing a specific campaign stage. A sample from the month:

• Throttle Pass — Campaign 10-5
• Stellar Invocation (Johnson) — Campaign 29-45
• Starry Invocation (Medusa) — Campaign 26-40
• Celestial Supplication (Genesis Shar) — Campaign 26-40
• Recollections of Dawn — Campaign 50-45
• Gleam Rush (Astral Constellation) — Campaign 52-45

The consequence is direct: your campaign progress is a gate on the whole month, not just on story rewards. A player stuck below Campaign 26-40 cannot access the Medusa or Genesis Shar summons at all, regardless of how many resources they've saved. If there is one preparation task for October, it is pushing campaign progress to at least the high-20s chapters before the summon events you care about open.

Some events add a second gate on top: several Gleam Rush and Mega Bonus entries require 3 heroes with Energy Scale reaching 800. That is a roster-investment check, not a campaign one, so the top-end reward tracks want both progression and a developed core team.

Dreamscape Palace and the skin reruns

The skin calendar centers on Dreamscape Palace (from October 9), which brings back Singularity Lunox's Ultimate Legendary skin "Dreamtide Bliss" for a limited time. Ultimate Legendary is MLA's top skin tier, and a rerun is the second chance for anyone who missed the original window.

Two more skin routes follow later in the month:

• Lucky Dip (Oct 23) brings Epic skins back through an event.
• Halloween Night (Oct 16) adds new exclusive Halloween skins via the Midnight Invitation event.

The Halloween wave

Halloween content is spread across three dates rather than dropped in one event, and it is the busiest theme of the month.

• October 9: Trick-or-Treat Contest (daily quests for rewards) and a Halloween Bundle.
• October 16: Halloween Night Events — new exclusive Halloween skins through Midnight Invitation, a Twilight Gallery daily sign-in, and a Midnight Bazaar that, across five days of pack purchases, hands over a Hero Selection Chest to choose between Aeon Rista and Achlys Alice.
• October 23: Candy Bash, which awards an exclusive Avatar Border and, for high placement on the Gift-Giving Leaderboard, the new exclusive Relic Loaded Dice.

The daily-sign-in and daily-quest structure of the Halloween events is the part that can't be rushed. Twilight Gallery's sign-in and Trick-or-Treat's daily quests accrue day by day, so a late start permanently loses the missed days. These are the events to start on their open date, not the ones to leave for the final weekend.

Packs, passes and progression

Several paid and progression tracks run alongside:

• Throttle Pass (Oct 2) — Stellaris Stones and new Animated Emotes.
• Sacred Blessing (Oct 9) — summon in Sacred Oath a set number of times for a Hero Selection Chest (Order/Chaos).
• Spirit Pact and Mega Bonus (Oct 23) — daily pack unlocks; buying all five Spirit Pact packs yields a Legendary Imprint Elevation Gem Selection Chest.
• Nightseer Esmeralda joins the Weekly and Monthly Packs from Oct 1 (unlock: VIP Lv. 9).
• New campaign chapters 106-109 open after the 704.0 version update on Oct 23, which is also the densest single date of the month.

What isn't known

• Exact end dates for each event. The calendar gives start dates and unlock conditions, not closing times.
• The new heroes' full kits. Johnson, Stillframe Marcel and Genesis Shar are dated, but their MLA skill sets aren't detailed here.
• Summon rates and pity for the Stellar, Starry and Celestial summon events.
• Whether the Halloween skins return after their event windows.
• The 704.0 update's full patch notes beyond chapters 106-109.
• Server or regional timing differences, if any.

What to do

• Push campaign progress first. Reaching at least Campaign 26-40 unlocks the Medusa and Genesis Shar summons; without it, they're locked regardless of resources.
• Save summon resources for Genesis Shar. The Legendary (Oct 23) is the month's highest-rarity release.
• Start the Halloween sign-ins on their open dates. Twilight Gallery and Trick-or-Treat accrue daily and can't be caught up at the end.
• Build 3 heroes to Energy Scale 800 if you want the top Gleam Rush and Mega Bonus tiers.
• Decide your Hero Selection Chests early. Midnight Bazaar (Aeon Rista or Achlys Alice) and Sacred Blessing (Order/Chaos) both make you choose — know your target before spending.
• Log in around October 23 for the 704.0 update. It stacks new chapters, Genesis Shar, Candy Bash and the Spirit Pact all on one date.
