Clash Royale King vs. King Season: Evo Giant, Evo Mirror and More

The Clash Royale King vs. King season is all about competition. Supercell has revealed two new Evolutions, Evo Giant and Evo Mirror, alongside Daily Puzzles, the King of Cards event, a Royal Market for Crown Tokens, the new Deck Wizard and a mysterious new competitive mode teased for the World Finals. King vs. King at a Glance

Evo Giant: Rage That Grows

Evo Giant still targets buildings and works as the front liner of a push. The difference shows once he takes enough damage:

• the Giant becomes enraged
• he leaves a trail of Rage that boosts every troop following him
• each attack makes the Rage trail bigger

The longer you keep him alive, the stronger your whole push becomes, so pairing him with a support troop behind him is the natural way to get value from the trail.

How to unlock: through Pass Royale or with Wild Shards.

Evo Mirror: Copy Any Evolution

Evo Mirror copies the last card you played, but evolved and with 1 extra level.

• The card you mirror does not need to be in your Evo Slot or even in your Collection
• As long as that card has an Evolution in the game, Evo Mirror will create it
• If the card has no Evolution, you get the normal Mirror effect: the same card, 1 level higher

This opens up a lot of tricks, since you can play an Evolution you have not unlocked yourself by mirroring a card in your deck.

How to unlock: in the Shop from the second week of the season, or with Wild Shards.

Daily Puzzles

From November 2 to 8, a new puzzle appears every day:

• each puzzle gives you 1 to 4 cards
• the enemy plays the same cards, in the same places, at the same times on every attempt
• each of your cards can only be played once

Daily Puzzles do not give rewards. They are about skill and bragging rights for whoever solves each puzzle in the fewest attempts. A second set of puzzles arrives later in the season, and Supercell hints that the puzzle names are worth paying attention to.

King of Cards Event

The King of Cards event runs from November 9 to December 7 and puts the spotlight on win conditions. Evo Giant and Evo Mirror are boosted for the full season, while a different set of win conditions is boosted each week:

• Week 2: Battle Ram, Hog Rider, Mortar, Minion Giant, Goblin Barrel
• Week 3: Balloon, Royale Hogs, Three Musketeers, Royal Giant, Ram Rider, Wall Breakers
• Week 4: Goblin Giant, Skeleton Barrel, Golem, Electro Giant, Lava Hound, Elixir Golem
• Week 5: X-Bow, Miner, Graveyard, Goblin Drill

Weekly challenges:

• Quick Wit Challenge: November 16 to 23
• Beatdown Challenge: November 23 to 30
• Siege & Chip Challenge: November 30 to December 7

Royal Market and Crown Tokens

The Royal Market opens from November 9 to December 7, offering items and cosmetics in exchange for Crown Tokens.

• Crown Tokens are a limited-time currency earned through events and the Shop
• The market is fully open from Week 2
• The most coveted items unlock after you spend 3,000 Crown Tokens

The King of Cards event and its weekly challenges both award Crown Tokens, so playing through each week is a steady way to work toward the top of the market.

Deck Wizard

Deck Wizard replaces the Magic Wand as an improved deck-building tool. It can build a deck from scratch or around your favorite cards. In your Duel Deck, it recommends cards from your Collection that you have not used in your other decks.

It arrives in Week 2 in the Trophy Road deck-building tab. Supercell is rolling it out on a testing basis, so some players may see it later than others.

New Competitive Mode and CRL World Finals

Supercell is also teasing a new competitive mode that will "take competition to whole new leagues." Full details will be revealed at the CRL World Finals.

• Dates: November 6 to 8
• Location: Shanghai
• Format: the 16 best players in a double-elimination bracket for the CRL26 World Champion title
• Start time: 03:00 UTC each day, with rewards available through the official Event Platform

Balance and Bug Fixes

There are no balance changes at the start of the November season, since Supercell moved them earlier to mid-October. If you missed those, our Season 88 balance preview covers the win condition buffs from the previous round.

The update does include several bug fixes:

• Mega Knight is no longer immune to Evolved Hunter's net while jumping
• Evolved Mega Knight is no longer immune to Tornado while attacking
• Bandit is no longer knocked back when dashing into Evolved Wizard's shield
• Evolved Wall Breakers now deal death damage while pulled by Fisherman
• Evolved Battle Ram's charge is now interrupted by Zap and similar interactions
• Hero Ice Wizard now refunds Elixir if defeated before his projectile lands
