Blood Strike's August update packs seven separate arrivals between 14 and 28 August, and the dates matter more than the contents. Most of these drops stay available deep into September or October, which makes them far less urgent than they look. Two do not. EVO Return: Featured Valor runs just twelve days, and Katya's Refinement Coin Shop is open for five — 28 August to 1 September, the shortest window on the entire calendar and the one most likely to be missed. Layer the Attack on Titan collaboration closing on 31 August on top, and the final week of the month is where your Strike Gold gets stretched thinnest. The two windows that actually close this month

Katya's Refinement Coin Shop — 28 August to 1 September. Five days. Everything else on this calendar gives you weeks; this gives you a long weekend. If you're only going to diarise one date from this article, make it the 28th.

EVO Return: Featured Valor — 16 to 27 August. Twelve days, and the word doing the work is Return. These are EVO weapons coming back rather than debuting, which means this is a second chance for players who missed them the first time. If any of the three were on your list previously, this window is the one to act in — reruns happen, but not on a schedule you can count on.

The drops that can wait

The rest run well past August, and treating them as urgent is how Gold gets spent badly:

• Eternal VOLT: Mantra is available until 24 September
• The new Striker Pass runs until 14 September
• EVO Vector: Polarity stays until 1 October
• Eternal M82 / GALIL Noxdra run until 11 October
• Eternal KAG-6 / UZI Star Chaser run until 8 October

That's six to seven weeks of availability on most of the calendar. There is no reason to buy any of these in the last week of August, when the genuinely time-limited content is competing for the same balance.

Debuts versus returns

Worth separating, because it affects both what you buy and what an account is worth later:

Attack on Titan closes on the 31st

The scheduling pressure people underestimate: the Attack on Titan Part 2 collaboration ends 31 August, overlapping the busiest stretch of this calendar.

Collab content behaves differently from the Arsenal drops above. Crossover items run on licensing agreements, so a rerun depends on a deal being renewed rather than on NetEase's own schedule — AoT has now returned once, which proves it's possible without making it predictable. Priority order for the final week of August: finish the free AoT event rewards first, then Katya's Refinement Coin Shop, then everything else.

How to budget the month

• Clear the free routes before spending anything. The AoT event's free reward tracks cost time, not Gold.
• Act on the two short windows — Featured Valor before 27 August, Katya's shop between the 28th and 1 September.
• Postpone the long-window drops. Mantra, Polarity, the Noxdra pair and the Star Chaser pair are all available deep into autumn. Deciding in September costs you nothing.
• Decide on the Striker Pass early rather than late. Passes reward progression across their full window, so buying on 15 August and buying on 10 September are not the same purchase at the same price.
• Remember none of it changes a bullet's damage. Every item on this calendar is cosmetic. That's not an argument against buying — it's an argument for buying only what you'll actually look at.

What this calendar doesn't show

One note on scope: this panel covers New Arrivals only. The update's own header promises new modes and new systems alongside the rewards, and those aren't listed here.
