Endfield Chubby Lung Attacks: Two Deadlines, One Factory
By Rivan Wi 17 September 2026, 00:00 WIB
AIC Support: Chubby Lung Attacks runs from 16 September at 12:00 to 30 September at 16:00 — but that isn't the date that decides whether you finish it.
The Goods Exchange stays open until 7 October at 04:00. Production stops a week before spending does, and treating those as one deadline is how players end the event holding currency they can no longer use — or dumping it early and missing what arrives later.
This is also the event where your AIC Factory matters more than your roster. Here's how to approach it.
The short version
- Event: 16 September, 12:00 – 30 September, 16:00 (server time).
- Goods Exchange: open until 7 October, 04:00 — a week past the event.
- Requirement: complete the main mission Chapter II Process II: Where Danger Sleeps.
- Day 8 — around 23 September — brings new goods to the Exchange.
- Unsold support goods auto-convert and arrive by Mail. Nothing is wasted.
- Rewards: Oroberyls, Advanced Progression Selection Crate I, Advanced Cognitive Carrier, Mark of Perseverance.
- Server times: Asia UTC+8, Americas and Europe UTC-5.
How the loop works
The structure is production, not combat:
- Complete missions to unlock support goods formulas and the Goods Exchange. The formulas are limited-time — they exist for this event only.
- Build the goods in your AIC Factory.
- Submit them at Wuling outposts to receive Wuling Stock Bills and Fruits of Altruism Certs.
- Spend the Certs at the Goods Exchange.
- Meet the specified conditions to earn the event-exclusive engraved medal.
There's no combat gate on any of this. What decides your output is whether your factory lines are set up to produce the event goods efficiently — which makes this the event that actually tests Endfield's defining system rather than your team composition.
The two deadlines, and why they're separate
- Production closes 30 September, 16:00. After that you cannot make or submit more support goods.
- The Goods Exchange closes 7 October, 04:00. A full week to spend what you accumulated.
Two things follow, and they point in opposite directions:
- Don't stop playing on the 30th thinking it's over. Your Certs remain spendable for another week, and the Exchange is where the actual rewards sit.
- But don't treat the extra week as production time. Nothing after the 30th generates more currency — you're only spending.
Practical split: 30 September is the production deadline. 7 October is the shopping deadline. Different tasks, different clocks.
Nothing you produce is wasted
This is the reassuring part, and it changes how aggressively you should build.
- Support goods produced but not traded before the event ends are auto-converted to Wuling Stock Bills and Fruits of Altruism Certs, then sent to your in-game Mail.
- If converted Stock Bills exceed your stock bill limit, the excess becomes Certs instead.
So over-producing on the final day carries no risk. You don't need to time your last submission perfectly, and nothing sitting in your factory is lost when the clock runs out.
Do check your Mail after the 30th, since that's where the conversion lands — and mail in Endfield expires.
Day 8 changes the shop
On day 8 of the event — around 23 September — the Goods Exchange gains new exchangeable goods.
That's the reason not to spend everything in week one.
The previous AIC Support event ran two shop phases with different rewards at different prices, and some items in the first phase carried significant discounts. Whether the second phase holds something you want more than the first is unknowable until it opens.
Sensible approach: spend on anything you're certain about early, hold a reserve through 23 September, then commit the rest once both phases are visible.
What the medal will likely cost
Worth setting expectations, though the requirement for this event hasn't been published.
The previous AIC Support event's medal required:
- 800,000 Fruits of Altruism Certs
- 20,000 Xiranite Jade Gourds additionally, for the trim
- Working backwards in raw materials: roughly 80,000 standard Gourds, or about 26,667 Jade Gourds
That's a two-week commitment, not a weekend one.
Treat the figure as precedent rather than confirmation. The requirement for Chubby Lung Attacks could differ. But if it lands anywhere near the same scale, the medal is a decision you make on day one — not something you drift into in the final week.
- If you want it: set your factory up for sustained event-goods output immediately.
- If you don't: the standard rewards are reachable with far less effort.
The precedent structure
The previous AIC Support event ran in three phases, and Chubby Lung Attacks appears to follow the same shape:
- Phase 1 mission — rewards plus a limited-time formula for special support goods.
- Phase 2, unlocked by completing Phase 1 — rewards plus an advanced formula for a higher-tier good.
- Final phase, unlocked after reaching a certain Fruits of Altruism Certs threshold.
Also reported alongside the event: matching Wuling outposts receive a substantial boost to stock bill yield while it runs, so resources accumulate faster than usual.
None of this three-phase structure is stated in the Chubby Lung Attacks notice. It's how the format worked last time.
Rewards
Completing missions during the event awards:
- Oroberyls
- Advanced Progression Selection Crate I
- Advanced Cognitive Carrier
- Mark of Perseverance
Exchange contents haven't been published, and with a second phase arriving on day 8, the full list won't be visible until late September.
What isn't published
- The medal's exact requirement for this event.
- Goods Exchange contents and pricing for either phase.
- The number of phases and their individual mission requirements.
- Which outposts receive the production boost, and by how much.
- Total Oroberyl yield across the event.
Check the in-game Event Center for the full rules and the live Exchange list.
What to do
Clear Chapter II Process II first if you haven't. It's the entry requirement, and being locked out on day one costs you production days you can't recover.
Set your factory lines up before the 16th. The event rewards sustained output, and the first days are worth as much as the last.
Hold a Cert reserve through 23 September for the second shop phase.
Don't stop on 30 September. The Exchange runs to 7 October.
Check your Mail after the event ends for the auto-converted goods.
Decide on the medal early. If the requirement scales like last time, it isn't something you can start chasing in week two.
Building the account behind the factory
A production event rewards infrastructure rather than combat power — but factory throughput in Endfield is built on operator levels, unlocked formulas and outpost development, all of which take far longer than a fortnight to establish.
