7DS Grand Cross x Persona 5 Royal: How to Get Every Phantom Thief

The 7DS Grand Cross x Persona 5 Royal collaboration is now live. Since the October 28 update, the Phantom Thieves have taken over Britannia with four collab heroes, a Pick Up banner, a free coupon and an event boss built around Kamoshida. Better still, three of the four heroes can be earned without spending a single Diamond. At gamemarket.gg, we went through the official notices to put together how to get every Phantom Thief, which events are worth your stamina and the dates you need to remember.

The Four Phantom Thieves

The collab adds four heroes under the [The Phantoms] title:

• Joker
• Mona
• Queen
• Violet

Their kits are built to work together. Joker's Unique boosts every Demon, Human and Mona ally on the team, and if the whole party qualifies he enters battle with Art of Thievery, a buff that adds 30% to attack-related stats and 50% to damage dealt. Mona supports the team from the Secondary Slot, granting Guardian's Breeze and stealing an orb from each enemy. In PvP, several of the Phantoms also cut the Recovery Rate of non-Phantom enemies by 70% for the first three turns, which makes a full Phantom team a real threat in the arena.

How to Get Joker, Violet and Queen for Free

The easiest Phantom Thieves to collect come from the Check-In Reward Event, which swaps the usual weekly login heroes for the collab units until November 18, 10:59 PM PST:

• Week 1: [The Phantoms] Joker
• Week 2: [The Phantoms] Violet
• Week 3: [The Phantoms] Queen

Netmarble notes that heroes from this check-in will not be available again through it after the event ends, so logging in through all three weeks is the cheapest way to secure the trio.

Where to Find Mona

Mona appears as a reward in two collab events instead of the weekly check-in.

The first is Special Missions, where one mission asks you to draw heroes 10 times during the event. The 10 tickets from the TAKEYOURSINS coupon are a natural way to work toward that goal. The rest of the mission list covers everyday activities, such as spinning the event wheel 20 times, clearing the event boss 6 times, joining the Vaizel Fight Festival 15 times and cooking 24 meals.

The second is the Collab Spin Event. Clearing content across the game earns Phantom Thieves Calling Cards, and each card gives one spin. Mona shows up among the round rewards, and the spin list can be reset up to 7 times after you receive a SPECIAL reward.

If you already own a hero from any of these events, the copy turns into Hero Coins instead.

Pick Up Draw and Guaranteed SSR Draw

Two collab banners run until November 19, 10:59 PM PST:

If Joker comes from the Pick Up Draw, he arrives at UR grade and Lv. 90. During the first summon cycle, Loyalty Points also guarantee extra boxes:

• 100 and 200 Loyalty: Collab Hraesvelgr Holy Relic Enhancement Box
• 400 and 500 Loyalty: Collab Eikthyrnir Holy Relic Enhancement Box

Free Holy Relics for the Phantoms

Each Phantom Thief gets a collab Holy Relic, and this time the materials are free. During the event, you can collect 4 Collab Holy Relic Material Boxes, one each from:

• Special Missions
• Collab Spin Event
• Event Boss Battle: Kamoshida
• Event Exchange Shop

Each box crafts one Holy Relic, so you can build all four without buying anything. The boxes are removed before the next collab update, so it is better to craft them before the event ends. The materials can also be used for other collab heroes' Holy Relics.

Event Boss Battle: Kamoshida

The collab boss is Kamoshida, available in Normal, Hard and Extreme difficulty. Clears give exchange materials for the Event Exchange Shop, plus clear-count rewards.

• You get 5 clears per day, shared across all difficulties
• Attempts reset daily at 11:00 PM PST
• Extra entries cost Diamonds, at 5 entries per Diamond refill

Other Collab Events and Extras

The rest of the update runs mostly until the November 18 maintenance:

• Check-In Event Part 1 with 14 rewards and Part 2 with 3 rewards
• Diamond Perks Event, which rewards Diamonds spent during the collab
• Boosting Event with 50% less stamina for Main and Free Stages, double Player Rank EXP and higher Hero Enhance and Equipment Salvage success rates
• Café Leblanc-inspired furniture for your tavern
• "Life Will Change" added to the Tavern Jukebox until November 18
• The title "TAKE YouR hEaRT," earned by clearing all title missions
• Collab costume sets and 26 new bundles until November 19

Alongside the collab, Underground Labyrinth Season 26 runs until the November 11 maintenance, and Hero Draft Season 8 opens from November 1 to 8. The update also adds a long list of quality-of-life changes, including a Claim All button for Inbox notices, bulk costume enhancement and a Retry button in Fort Solgres battles.
