Roblox The Hollow 2026: Release Date, Teaser and Rumored Games
By Sir Ayup
Roblox The Hollow 2026 is this year's official Halloween event, and it starts on Thursday, October 22, 2026. Roblox revealed the name with a short teaser, but most of the details, including which games take part and what rewards are on offer, are still under wraps. At gamemarket.gg, we separated what Roblox has officially confirmed from the rumours spreading online, so you know exactly what to expect and what to treat with caution until the full reveal.
What Roblox Has Confirmed
- Event name: The Hollow
- Theme: Halloween 2026
- Start date: Thursday, October 22, 2026
- Teaser release: October 10, 2026, through Roblox's official channels
The teaser carries a single line: "You've met them before. But not like this." It shows silhouettes of characters that fans believe come from popular Roblox experiences, hinting that familiar games will appear in a new, spookier form.
That is the full extent of the official information so far.
What Is Still Unconfirmed
Several key details have not been announced yet:
- Start time: some coverage suggests 11:00 AM PDT, around 01:00 WIB on October 23, but Roblox has not confirmed a time.
- End date: reports differ between November 5 and November 9.
- Participating games: none have been officially confirmed.
- Rewards: no UGC items, badges or prizes have been officially named.
Until Roblox publishes the full event page, any list of games or rewards should be treated as speculation.
Rumoured Games
Based on leaks and fan interpretations of the teaser silhouettes, these experiences are most often mentioned:
- 99 Nights in the Forest
- Piggy
- Dandy's World
- DOORS
- +1 Speed Keyboard Escape
None of these is confirmed. One detail adds to the speculation: DOORS has its own "The Candy Vault" update scheduled for October 22, the same day The Hollow begins. Fans have linked the two, but Roblox has not announced any official connection.
How The Hollow Will Likely Work
Roblox has not explained the event's structure yet. Based on early reports and recent large-scale events, The Hollow is expected to work as a multi-game event:
- Play participating experiences during the event period.
- Complete quests inside each game.
- Earn an event currency.
- Exchange that currency for rewards, which could include UGC items.
This would follow the same approach as earlier multi-experience events. Our Egg Hunt 2026 guide shows how a recent event of this type was structured, which gives a useful idea of what to expect.
Will There Be Free UGC?
Free UGC is the biggest question for many players, and the honest answer is that it has not been confirmed yet. Early reports mention that rewards could include UGC items, but none say whether they will be free or how they will be unlocked.
Roblox has given away free UGC through other events this year, as our coverage of the Innovation Awards 2026 free UGC items shows. But until the full reveal, avoid any website or video that claims to have the complete list of free Hollow items or asks for your login details to "unlock" them early.
How to Prepare Before October 22
- Follow Roblox's official channels for the full event announcement.
- Try the rumoured games now, especially if you have never played them, so you are familiar with them if they join the event.
- Keep your account secure: never share your password or log in through unofficial links promising free items.
- Plan your time across late October, since the event is expected to run for around two weeks.
Your The Hollow Checklist
- Mark October 22 as the start date.
- Watch for the official reveal of participating games and rewards.
- Treat game lists and free UGC claims as rumours until confirmed.
- Stay safe and claim rewards only through official Roblox experiences.
The Hollow looks set to be one of Roblox's biggest Halloween events, with a teaser that promises familiar faces in an unfamiliar form. Once Roblox reveals the participating games and rewards, the real hunt can begin. Until then, the safest plan is to prepare and wait for the official details.
