NIKKE Belorta Pumpkin Witch Pull or Save? Halloween Analysis
By Sir Ayup
NIKKE Belorta: Pumpkin Witch is the Halloween SSR of Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, and her Pick Up banner runs until October 28, 2026. She is a Burst II Supporter whose kit pours huge buffs into a single ally, which makes her very good in the right team and much less useful outside it. At gamemarket.gg, we went through her skills, the teams she fits and the timing problem every player should weigh this month: the 4th Anniversary stream on October 24. Here is whether she deserves your gems or whether saving makes more sense.
Belorta: Pumpkin Witch at a Glance

- Rarity: SSR
- Burst: Burst II
- Class: Supporter
- Code: Water
- Weapon: Rocket Launcher, named Candy Shot
- Manufacturer: Tetra, squad LittleCannon
- Pick Up period: October 8, after maintenance, until October 28
This is a new SSR version of Belorta, who was previously available as an SR. She arrives alongside the "Little Witch Trick" Halloween story event. Our October 8 update preview covers the rest of the update.
How to Get Her
There are two ways to add Belorta to your roster:
- Pick Up Recruitment at a 2% rate until October 28.
- Mileage Shop exchange for 200 Gold Mileage Tickets.
The Mileage option matters. If you want her but do not want to gamble gems on the banner, saving or spending Gold Mileage Tickets is a reliable alternative.
How Her Kit Works

Belorta's kit focuses almost entirely on the ally positioned to her right. Values below are at skill level 10.
Skill 1: Playful Little Witch
- On entering Full Burst, Belorta cannot be targeted by single-target attacks for 10 seconds. The effect ends if she takes a direct hit.
- She gains 15.84% Max HP for 10 seconds.
- The ally to her right gains 44.88% of Belorta's ATK as ATK for 10 seconds.
Skill 2: Trick or Treat!
- A Full Charge attack while in Ghost Costume makes the target take 10.56% more damage for 10 seconds.
- Each Full Charge attack gives the ally to her right +19.97% Sustained Damage for 5 seconds.
Burst Skill: Happy Halloween! (40-second cooldown)
- The ally to her right gains 47.52% of Belorta's ATK as ATK for 10 seconds.
- That ally also gains 27.23% Sustained Damage for 10 seconds.
What This Means in Practice
Belorta is a single-target enabler. Almost everything she does is aimed at one damage dealer:
- Two large ATK buffs based on her own ATK, one from Skill 1 and one from her Burst.
- Stacking Sustained Damage buffs from both Skill 2 and her Burst.
- A damage taken debuff on enemies.
That makes her strongest when paired with a damage dealer whose output relies on Sustained Damage, placed directly to her right in the formation. If your main DPS does not benefit from Sustained Damage, much of her value disappears.
Her untargetable effect during Full Burst also gives her some survivability, though it ends as soon as she takes a direct hit.
Who Should Pull for Belorta
- Players with a Sustained Damage carry. Her Skill 2 and Burst both boost Sustained Damage, so she multiplies those damage dealers' output.
- Players who need a Burst II option. As a Burst II Supporter, she can fill a gap in teams that lack a strong Burst II buffer.
- Water team builders. Her Water Code gives her an elemental advantage in matching content.
- Collectors who want the Halloween version of Belorta.
Who Should Save
- Players without a Sustained Damage DPS. Her biggest buffs are wasted on the wrong partner.
- Players saving for the 4th Anniversary. The anniversary stream on October 24 is expected to reveal major new content, and anniversaries usually bring headline units. Spending heavily now could leave you short.
- Players with limited gems. If you still want her, the 200 Gold Mileage Ticket exchange lets you get Belorta without draining your recruitment budget.
The 4th Anniversary Factor

The timing of this banner makes the decision harder than usual. NIKKE's 4th Anniversary stream airs on October 24, 2026, four days before Belorta's Pick Up ends. Its teaser art features Anis, Neon, Rapi, Ark Ranger Black, Cinderella, Helm, Laplace, Little Mermaid and Snow White, although the actual anniversary units have not been confirmed.
A sensible approach is to wait for the stream before spending on Belorta. Her banner remains open until October 28, so you can see what the anniversary brings and still decide in time. For context on recent banners, our September 17 update overview covers the SSRs released before her.
Little Witch Trick Event Rewards

Even if you skip Belorta, the Halloween event is worth playing:
- Little Witch Trick story event: runs until October 28, 23:59 (UTC+9). Clear stages for items you can exchange for Recruit Vouchers and skill enhancement materials.
- Challenge Stage: tougher boss battles for extra development materials.
- Memory Films: used to unlock the ABSOLUTE story in the Archives.
Verdict: Pull or Save?
Pull if you run a Sustained Damage carry and need a Burst II Supporter to sit beside it. Belorta's stacked ATK and Sustained Damage buffs make that one ally far stronger.
Save if you lack that kind of damage dealer or want to protect your gems for the 4th Anniversary. If you still want her, the Mileage Shop exchange is the low-risk option.
Either way, watch the October 24 anniversary stream first, then decide before Belorta's banner closes on October 28.
