The 5-Piece Set Bonus now stacks with the 2-Piece Set Bonus damage buff instead of overriding it. Previously, equipping all 5 pieces of Storm Shepherd actually removed the 2-Piece bonus — a counterintuitive design that punished full-set builds. That's fixed now, and both bonuses apply simultaneously.
The 2-Piece Set Bonus itself has also been expanded: it now increases the damage of all Storm Skills while active, instead of only the specific Storm Skill that consumed Spirit to trigger it. This is a substantial quality-of-play improvement that makes Storm Druid rotations significantly smoother — you no longer need to optimize which skill triggers the buff to maximize your damage window.
To balance the broader buff, the 2-Piece maximum damage bonus has been reduced from 75% to 40%. The net result still appears to be a meaningful improvement for Storm Druids running a variety of skills rather than a single-skill loop.
Mark of the Old Wolf has also been updated — its Poisoning damage multiplier is now multiplicative instead of additive, which is a significant buff for poison Druid builds and could open up new endgame viability for those compositions.
⚡ Re-Enabled Items and Skills
Several items and skills that were previously disabled due to bugs or balance concerns have been re-enabled with 3.0.2. The most significant quality-of-life addition for War Plans is the direct teleportation feature: players can now teleport directly to any active War Plan they're participating in.
