GameMarket.gg has a Seller Ranking system with five tiers based on your monthly income from sales.

The higher your rank, the lower your withdrawal fee.

How to increase your rank?

• Your rank is calculated based on your sales from the previous month.

• The more you sell, the higher your rank — which leads to lower withdrawal fees.

• Rank resets monthly, so consistent sales will help you maintain a high rank.

You can create multiple listings at once using the Bulk Upload feature. Here’s how:

• Download the specific bulk market template for the category you want to list in.

• Fill in the required details in the template.

• Upload the completed bulk listing file to GameMarket.gg.

Important Notes:

• The maximum listings per upload is 500 at a time.

• Avoid spamming with irrelevant or duplicate listings, as this may result in a permanent ban.

Overall Review Rating is the combined total feedback from all markets you are active in.

• This rating reflects your performance across multiple markets, giving buyers a general idea of your reliability.

• While Market-Specific Feedback applies to individual sections, Overall Review Rating represents your reputation across GameMarket.gg as a whole.

We implement a Market-Specific Feedback system to ensure fairness for sellers in different sections. This allows:

• New sellers to have visibility instead of being overshadowed by top sellers with high feedback in other markets.

• Buyers to get accurate feedback for a seller based on their performance in a specific category.

• A balanced marketplace where each market section remains competitive and fair.

To become a Verified Seller, you must:

1. Complete your personal information in the Account Information section.

2. Submit 3 photo verification according to the instructions in the Seller Verification section.

3. Once verified, you will receive Verified Seller status, and you can start creating listings and selling products on GameMarket.gg.

You should immediately delete the listing to prevent new orders.

• Failing to remove sold-out listings could lead to order cancellations, which may negatively impact your seller reputation.

• Too many canceled orders can result in account suspension.

Our GameMarket Buyer Protection system works by securing the transaction until the order is successfully completed. Here’s how the process works:

1. When a buyer purchases a product, the payment is securely processed by GameMarket.

2. The seller must deliver the product and provide proof of delivery.

3. The buyer confirms the order and marks it as complete, which finalizes the transaction and credits the earnings to the seller's balance.

4. If the buyer does not respond within a certain time after the order is marked as Delivered, the system will automatically complete the order and credit the seller's balance.

5. If an issue arises, the order may enter dispute resolution, where our admin will determine the final outcome.

This system protects both buyers and sellers, ensuring that earnings are only credited when the order is fulfilled properly.

For now (at the time this FAQ was created), there are no strict limitations. However, restrictions may be introduced in the future as the marketplace evolves.

Yes, you can edit or delete your listing at any time from your seller dashboard - Manage Listing.

Before you can sell products on GameMarket.gg, you must verify your identity and reliability as a seller. This ensures that only trusted sellers can list products on the marketplace.
