Buying & Orders
10 questionsTypes of Issue Orders:
1. Issue (By Buyer)
A buyer can manually raise an issue if:
-
The product was not received as promised.
-
The product does not match the listing description.
-
The seller is unresponsive or unclear.
-
The buyer suspects fraud or a scam.
2. Issue (Automatic)
An issue will be automatically triggered if:
-
There is a repeated back-and-forth cancel request between the buyer and seller.
-
The buyer requests to cancel, but the seller keeps rejecting the request.
Buyer Options:
-
Provide evidence (e.g., screenshots, chat logs, video proof) to support their claim.
-
Wait for admin review to determine the final outcome.
-
Complete the order and release funds to the seller – This is usually done when the dispute has been resolved, such as when the seller finally delivers the correct product or services.
Seller Options:
-
Sellers cannot manually raise an issue, but they can provide proof of delivery if the order is disputed.
-
Cancel the order – If the seller realizes the buyer’s issue is valid (e.g., the product is indeed faulty, unavailable, or misdelivered), they can cancel the order and allow the buyer to receive a refund to GM Coins.
Admin Decision:
-
100% refund to the buyer.
-
100% payment released to the seller.
-
Split the funds between both parties (percentage depends on the case).
-
Decision is final and cannot be undone.
Raising an Issue Order is a serious action, so both parties should ensure they provide accurate information and valid proof to support their case.
The "Canceled" status indicates that the order has been officially canceled. There are five types of cancellations, each with different triggers:
1. Canceled (By Automatic)
-
Occurs when the seller does not respond within 24 hours after a cancel request is made by the buyer.
-
The system automatically cancels the order and refunds the buyer's funds to GM Coins.
2. Canceled (By Seller Accept Request Cancel)
-
Happens when the buyer requests cancellation, and the seller agrees.
-
Once accepted, the order is canceled and the funds are returned to GM Coins.
3. Canceled (By Seller, New Order Can't Be Delivered)
-
Occurs when the seller cancels an order in "New Order" status.
-
Common reasons include: item unavailable, delivery issues, or other limitations.
-
Buyers are encouraged to report frequent cancellations to maintain marketplace integrity.
-
Funds are refunded to GM Coins.
4. Canceled (By Buyer, New Order No Response or Change of Mind)
-
Happens when the buyer cancels due to lack of response from the seller while the order is still in "New Order" status.
-
May also occur if the buyer changes their mind.
-
After cancellation, funds are returned to GM Coins.
5. Canceled (By Seller After Issue)
-
Triggered when an Issue Order has been raised, but the seller decides to cancel instead of waiting for admin resolution.
-
Often used when the seller acknowledges the problem and opts to refund the buyer.
-
Buyer’s funds are credited back to GM Coins.
The "Cancel Request" status appears when a buyer requests to cancel an order that is currently in "Delivering" status.
Buyer Options:
-
Issue the order if the seller appears unresponsive or unreliable (e.g., unclear communication, excessive delays, or suspicious behavior).
-
If an Issue Order is raised, admin will review the case and determine whether:
-
The funds should be refunded to the buyer,
-
Remain with the seller, or
-
Be split between both parties depending on the situation.
-
Seller Options:
-
Accept the cancellation, which will immediately return the funds to the buyer.
-
Reject the cancellation request, keeping the order active and continuing the delivery process.
The "Complete" status indicates that the order has been fully finalized, and the payment has been processed. There are three types of "Complete" status:
1. Complete (by Buyer)
-
This occurs when the buyer manually completes the order because they are satisfied with the product or service.
-
Once completed, the funds are immediately released to the seller.
2. Complete (by Automatically)
-
If the buyer does not respond within a certain period after the order is marked as Delivered, the system will automatically complete the order.
-
Once the order is auto-completed, the funds are released to the seller.
3. Complete (by Admin)
-
This happens when an Issue has been raised, and the admin has reviewed the case.
-
Based on the situation, the funds can be:
-
100% refunded to the buyer
-
100% released to the seller
-
Split between both parties – The percentage of the split depends on the situation and conditions of the Issue, and it will be determined solely by the admin.
Once an order is Complete (by Admin), no further changes can be made.
-
The "Delivered" status means that the order has been delivered and the seller has uploaded proof of delivery. If the order is a service, it means that the service has been successfully completed or performed.
Buyer Options:
-
View the proof of delivery or proof of service completion.
-
Issue the order if the delivery or service does not match what the seller promised.
-
Complete the order immediately if the product/service is as expected.
-
For account-related transactions, it is recommended not to complete the order immediately as a precaution in case any issues arise with the account.
-
During the delivered period, you can still file a complaint (Issue order) if there are any problems with the item.
Seller Options:
-
Wait for the buyer to complete the order.
-
Wait for the order to be automatically completed. (The auto-completion time varies for each market for security reasons.)
The "Delivering" status means that the seller is processing your order.
-
As a buyer, you have the option to request a cancellation.
-
As a seller, you can deliver the order (or mark the order as delivered) by uploading proof of delivery. 🚀
The "New Order" status means that the order has just been placed. At this stage, both the seller and buyer have the option to cancel the order instantly if needed.
If the seller does not respond after your purchase, you can cancel the order immediately. This will automatically return your balance to GM Coins instantly, allowing you to purchase from another seller without any issues.
After completing your purchase, please go to your transaction page and contact the seller to arrange the delivery of your product.
