League of Legends True Damage Skins: Patch 26.21 Preview
By Sir Ayup
The League of Legends True Damage skins are back for 2026, and the new Know My Name collection lands with Patch 26.21 on Wednesday, October 21. All five original members return with fresh looks: Akali, Ekko, Qiyana, Senna and Yasuo, timed with the group's return as the voice of this year's Worlds anthem. At gamemarket.gg, we broke down every skin, the expected prices, the new voice cast and what else Patch 26.21 brings to the Rift.
True Damage: Know My Name at a Glance
- Skin line: True Damage: Know My Name
- Release: Patch 26.21, October 21, 2026
- Champions: Akali, Ekko, Qiyana, Senna and Yasuo
- Tiers: Legendary Akali, Prestige Ekko and Epic Qiyana, Senna and Yasuo
- Status: all five are on the test server, so details may still change
Every True Damage Skin and Price
True Damage Know My Name Akali (Legendary)
- Price: 1,820 RP
- Features: new voice-over, unique recall, new animations and new effects
- Chromas (6): Ruby, Rose Quartz, Sapphire, Catseye, Pearl and Obsidian
Prestige True Damage Know My Name Ekko
- Tier: Prestige
- How to get: expected through the Battle Pass, although the final method will be confirmed in the official patch notes
Ekko's tier is a notable switch. His original True Damage skin was Legendary, while this time he gets the Prestige treatment.
True Damage Know My Name Qiyana, Senna and Yasuo (Epic)
- Price: 1,350 RP each
- Yasuo is the featured Worlds 2026 skin, with part of its proceeds going toward Tier 1 esports teams
All five designs share a darker, more aggressive look than the 2019 originals, with bright, saturated effects that match the theme of a group rising back from the dust.
Why True Damage Is Back
The skins tie directly into "Know My Name," the official Worlds 2026 anthem performed by True Damage. It is the group's first new single since "GIANTS" in 2019, and its music video celebrates Faker and T1's run of world titles.
The new voice cast
- Akali: SOYEON, the only returning vocalist from "GIANTS"
- Ekko: Vic Mensa
- Qiyana: Sofía Reyes
- Senna: Coco Jones
True Damage is also set to perform at the Worlds 2026 Final Opening Ceremony on November 14, so expect these skins to be everywhere in the weeks around the final. If you are following the tournament from the start, the Worlds 2026 Play-In preview covers the teams and schedule leading up to it.
Which True Damage Skin Should You Buy?
- Akali if you want the most complete skin, with new animations, a unique recall and six chromas.
- Yasuo if you want the featured Worlds skin and want part of your purchase to support esports teams.
- Senna or Qiyana if you main either champion, since both are well priced at 1,350 RP.
- Ekko if you plan to buy the Battle Pass anyway and want a Prestige skin.
What Else Is in Patch 26.21
Beyond the skins, Patch 26.21 is a large balance update, although most numbers are still being finalised.
Champion buffs include Azir, Darius, Miss Fortune, Nunu & Willump, Orianna, Ryze, Sion, Taliyah, Vel'Koz, Xin Zhao and Zyra.
Champion nerfs include Caitlyn, Jinx, Lee Sin, Nidalee, Qiyana, Rammus, Tristana, Viktor, Wukong, Yasuo and Yone.
Adjustments are planned for Taric, Twisted Fate, Locke, Varus, Renekton and Zaahen.
Item changes:
- Dawncore: buffed, aimed at enchanters
- Bastionbreaker: nerfed, with less raw lethality and more anti-structure power
- Gluttonous Greaves: nerfed, mainly affecting marksmen
- Hubris: adjusted to be weaker on ranged AD users and stronger on melee champions
Qiyana and Yasuo players will notice an odd twist: both champions get brand-new skins in the same patch that tones them down. More updates as the season heads toward Worlds will appear in the League of Legends news hub.
