Last War Sky Battlefront Guide: The Event Is Decided Before the Fighting Starts
By Sir Ayup 26 August 2026, 20:00 WIB
Sky Battlefront runs for seven days, but only two of them involve combat. The other five decide whether that combat goes well.
The schedule is fixed: Monday through Thursday is the Donation stage, Friday and Saturday is the Battle stage, and Sunday is Settlement. Because your Sky Predator's combat strength comes from what your Warzone donated during those first four days, the outcome of the battle is largely determined before anyone fires a shot.
That's the framing most players get wrong. They treat the donation days as a slow warm-up and the weekend as the event. It's the reverse.
When it appears
Sky Battlefront is a Warzone-wide event, not an alliance-only one, and it doesn't run continuously. It can first appear around the fifth week after a Warzone launches, and it runs during off-season periods rather than alongside seasonal content.
You'll find it through its own icon, positioned just above the duel VS icon.
If it isn't showing on your server, that's usually timing rather than a bug — servers run it at different points, and it's absent during active seasons.
Stage 1: Donation, Monday to Thursday
The Warzone President places the airship's starting platform. This is the first failure point: if the President doesn't choose a location within 12 hours, the system assigns one automatically.
Everyone contributes Airship Tokens. Tokens come from daily tasks, alliance activities, and gathering from resource tiles on the map. Every donation adds to two separate counters — your Individual Progress Points and the Alliance Progress Points.
Both counters pay separately. Hitting milestones awards individual chests based on your personal progress, and alliance chests that go to every member. That means donating is never wasted even if your alliance is small — you're always earning your own track.
After construction completes there's a rush phase, where continued donations upgrade the airship further and improve its combat performance. This is the part people stop doing once the progress bar fills, and it's the part that decides Friday.
Start banking tokens before Monday. Since tokens come from routine activities, the players who arrive at the Donation stage with a stockpile contribute far more than those who start farming on day one. Gathering from resource tiles in the days before the event is the cheapest preparation available.
Stage 2: Battle, Friday and Saturday
This is where the mechanics get specific, and where most Warzones lose points they'd already earned.
The President selects an enemy Warzone and sends the Sky Predator. It travels in Teleport Mode, which takes time. On arrival it automatically damages the enemy Warzone — and players in your Warzone receive rewards passively while it does.
Meanwhile, the enemy President sends their airship at you. Your job is to destroy it before its time limit expires. If you fail to destroy it in time, it leaves on its own having dealt maximum damage.
Solo attacks are impossible. The enemy airship can only be attacked through rallies. This is not a mechanic you can brute-force with a strong individual account — it requires people forming and joining rallies in a coordinated way.
The enemy ship fights back indiscriminately. It fires at random targets, setting player bases on fire and reducing Wall Durability. Expect damage regardless of how well you play.
The shield and Berserk mechanic decides everything
Here's the single most important mechanic in the event.
When the enemy airship's HP drops to a certain threshold, it activates a shield. If your Warzone doesn't break that shield quickly, the airship enters Berserk mode and attacks far harder.
That turns the whole battle into a timing problem rather than a damage problem. A Warzone that grinds the boss down steadily but scatters its rallies at the shield phase will take heavier losses than one that deals less total damage but concentrates its rallies precisely when the shield appears.
The practical implication: hold rally capacity in reserve as the boss approaches the shield threshold. Don't spend every march early. The moment the shield goes up is the moment you want maximum simultaneous rally power available, not five minutes later.
Communicate the threshold in advance. Berserk mode is triggered by your Warzone's failure to coordinate, not by bad luck. Alliances that call the shield phase in chat before it happens break it; alliances that react to it don't.
Stage 3: Settlement, Sunday
Sunday calculates rankings and distributes rewards based on donations, damage dealt, and final placement.
Nothing you do on Sunday changes your result. If you're checking the event for the first time on Sunday, you've missed it.
What actually maximises your rewards
- Bank Airship Tokens before Monday through daily tasks, alliance activities and resource tile gathering.
- Donate early in the window, not on Thursday night — early donations feed the rush phase, which is what strengthens the airship.
- Keep donating after the bar fills. The rush phase is the most commonly skipped step in the entire event.
- Reserve rally capacity for the shield phase rather than spending marches on steady chip damage.
- Don't trigger Berserk mode. Everything above exists to prevent this one outcome.
Individual rewards track your own donation and damage, so a player in a disorganised Warzone can still score well personally. Alliance and Warzone rewards need everyone else to show up — which is why Sky Battlefront tends to be the event that reveals how coordinated an alliance really is.

Coordination beats power, but power helps
Sky Battlefront rewards rally strength and troop quality alongside coordination — a well-timed rally still needs the marches behind it to break a shield. Alliances that consistently place well tend to have members who arrived with developed bases rather than ones still building.
