Honor of Kings Rose Hearts Exchange: Convert Everything, Spend Nothing
By Michael Pras 6 September 2026, 10:00 WIB
From 10 September you can convert Rose Hearts into Frenzy Coins at 1:1, up to a maximum of 55. That's the whole mechanic, and it's simple enough that the interesting part is the timing rather than the exchange.
Friday Frenzy runs from 28 August to 20 September. The exchange only opens on the 10th. So the window to convert is roughly ten days, not the full event — and Rose Hearts left unconverted when it closes stay Rose Hearts, with no other use in sight.
The other half of the advice runs against instinct: don't spend the coins. Level Infinite has confirmed that Treasure Series skins return in a future Friday Frenzy and will be obtainable with Frenzy Coins. The coins you convert now are meant for an event that hasn't happened yet.
What's confirmed
Rose Hearts Exchange opens 10 September. Rose Hearts convert to Frenzy Coins at a 1:1 ratio, capped at 55 Rose Hearts.
Friday Frenzy runs Friday through Sunday, 28 August to 20 September. It's a weekend event, not a continuous one — the benefits are only live across those three days each week.
What Friday Frenzy itself offers:
- A free skin. Log in during the event each week to earn Frenzy Coins and redeem Fiendish Scrolls Kui at no cost
- Team-up privileges, including skin sharing with friends
- Faster ranked climbing — bonus points on your first win, your star protected on a first team-up loss, and extra points for team-up wins
- Free skin trials for a limited time, including skins up to Legend quality
- All heroes unlocked for the duration
Why 55 is the number that matters
It's a hard ceiling, not a suggestion. If you're holding more than 55 Rose Hearts, everything above that line converts to nothing. If you're holding fewer, that's your total — there's no way to top up Rose Hearts now, since they came from an earlier event.
Which makes this a straightforward check rather than a decision. Open the event page on the 10th, see how many Rose Hearts you have, convert up to 55, and you're finished. There is no optimisation to do and no reason to wait.
The only mistake available is forgetting. Ten days is short, the exchange sits inside a weekend event most players only open on Fridays, and a currency you've been ignoring for months is exactly the kind of thing that goes unclaimed.
The case for holding the coins
Frenzy Coins carry across Friday Frenzy runs. That's why the announcement tells players to save them rather than spend them — the Treasure Series skins are coming back in a later Friday Frenzy, and Frenzy Coins are the route to them.
So there are two temptations to resist. The first is spending coins on whatever is available now instead of banking them. The second is skipping the exchange entirely because the coins have no immediate use — which is precisely backwards, since the conversion window closes long before the skins arrive.
Convert everything, spend nothing. That's the position that leaves you best placed when the Treasure Series returns.
What isn't confirmed
The exact end date of the exchange window, which Treasure Series skins return, when the future Friday Frenzy carrying them runs, and how many Frenzy Coins each skin costs.
That last gap is the one that matters for planning. Fifty-five coins may or may not be meaningful against the eventual price, and nothing published so far indicates the exchange rate between coins and skins. Check the in-game event rules for the full terms and the skin return schedule, as Level Infinite has directed.
Our Surging Arrows Garo guide covers the Martial Mural Wish arriving 4 September, which runs alongside the back half of Friday Frenzy.
Free skins are free, but the roster still isn't
Friday Frenzy unlocks every hero for three days at a time, which is a good way to find out what you actually enjoy playing — and a frustrating one, since access ends on Sunday. Honor of Kings accounts list hero pools and skin collections up front, including cosmetics from events that have already closed. If it's ranked progress you want rather than cosmetics, Honor of Kings boosting covers the climb through verified players, with payment held until you confirm delivery. And if you're topping up for the Martial Mural Wish running alongside this, Honor of Kings top up runs through competing verified merchants at rates that usually beat the in-game store.
