What Is Beyond the Waves?
Beyond the Waves is a recurring exploration event from Lollo Logistics and the Pioneer Association. Each edition focuses on a different region, and earlier runs covered areas like Rinascita, Lahai-Roi and the Roya Frostlands.
This time the spotlight is on Xuanfang, following the Waking Moon festival. The event is mostly about logging in and playing as usual, which makes it an easy source of free Astrite in Version 3.7.
How to Unlock the Event
You need Union Level 14 to join. Most active Rovers will already be well past this, so the event should appear in your event menu as soon as it opens on October 29.
How Beyond the Waves Works
1. Earn Adventure Logs
Complete the daily tasks, which reset once per day, to earn Adventure Logs. In previous runs, Adventure Logs came from spending Waveplates and logging in, with a daily cap on how many you could earn. These details are based on previous editions and may differ slightly this time, so check the event page in game.
2. Open Adventure Packages
Exchange each Adventure Log for one Adventure Package. Some packages trigger large reward batches, so opening more packages gives you more chances at bigger hauls.
3. Clear the Inventories
Rewards are split across three Inventories. You need to collect every delivery in one Inventory before the next one unlocks, so steady daily progress is the key to reaching the third Inventory before the event closes.
Beyond the Waves Rewards
- Astrite x400
- Lustrous Tide x5
- Premium Enclosure Tank: Land of Xuanfang
- Premium Tuner
- Premium Sealed Tube
The 400 Astrite and 5 Lustrous Tide are the main reasons to play. Together, they add a good boost to your pull savings for the rest of the version. Our WuWa 3.7 F2P Astrite guide shows how events like this add up across the whole version.
Tips for Beyond the Waves
Log in every day. The daily tasks reset each day, and missed days mean fewer Adventure Logs to spend.
Spend your Waveplates as usual. Since earlier editions tied Adventure Logs to Waveplate use, your normal farming routine is likely to cover most of the requirement.
Open packages as you go. Opening packages daily lets you see how close you are to finishing each Inventory, so you can plan the rest of your time before November 11.
Track your 3.7 Astrite. Beyond the Waves follows earlier 3.7 events like the combat event covered in our Artisan's Search guide, so adding them up gives you a clearer picture of your savings.
Your Beyond the Waves Checklist

- Log in daily from October 29 and complete the daily tasks.
- Exchange Adventure Logs for Adventure Packages.
- Clear all three Inventories for the full reward list.
- Finish everything before November 11, 03:59 (server time).
