The Endstate Matrix operates on "Challenge Cycles" that span across multiple version updates. We are currently in Phase 2 of the Doomsday Cycle. Unlike the Tower of Adversity, which resets on a fixed 28-day schedule, Endstate Matrix phases are directly tied to version update windows.

This is strictly a combat-focused endgame mode designed for veteran players. The game enforces high entry barriers to ensure your Resonators are prepared for the intensity of the matrix:

• Achieve at least 24 Crests in one phase of the Tower of Adversity’s Hazard Zone.

• Reach at least 3,500 points in one phase of Respawning Waters: Torrents in Whimpering Wastes.

The Endstate Matrix tests your roster depth and strategic planning across two distinct combat zones. You must complete the first zone to unlock the second.

1. Stability Accords (Strategic Multi-Team Combat)

• Deployment Limit: You may deploy up to 3 teams (3 Resonators per team).

• Persistent Progress: Progress carries over. If one team is defeated or swapped out, the damage dealt to enemies remains, and your next team picks up exactly where the last one left off.

• Vigor System: Every time a Resonator participates in a battle, they consume 1 point of Vigor. Once they reach 0 Vigor, they can no longer be deployed in this zone.

2. Singularity Expansion (Endless Ladder)

• Endless Rounds: Defeating all enemies immediately triggers the next round with scaling difficulty and significantly higher enemy HP. There is no limit to the number of rounds you can attempt.

• No Deployment Limit: You can use as many teams as you want to push further.

• Separate Vigor Pool: Vigor is calculated separately from the Stability Accords, allowing you to freely re-strategize your roster for the endless climb.

Before starting a challenge, you must select Power Circuits (buffs) that synergize with your chosen teams. Additionally, the mode features Demo Resonators, making the content friendly to players who might be missing key elements or un-built units.
