One Piece Bounty Rush Warcury and Ju Peter: Skills and Rewards
By Sir Ayup
One Piece Bounty Rush has added two new Extreme Legendary characters, The Five Elders St. Topman Warcury and The Five Elders St. Shepherd Ju Peter, through the Five Elders Starfall Extreme Bounty Festival on October 21, 2026. Both are Dark Element units, but their roles are different: Warcury enters as a Defender with class-changing capabilities, while Ju Peter is a Runner built around his new SP Capture mechanic. Their arrival also comes with a login campaign offering up to 200 Rainbow Diamonds over four days.
Warcury and Ju Peter Join the Extreme Bounty Festival

The two characters arrived on October 21 at 05:00 UTC (12:00 WIB). Each is introduced as a new 4-star Extreme Legendary character in the Five Elders Starfall Extreme Bounty Festival. The event is scheduled to continue through November 11 at 13:59 JST (11:59 WIB), although the schedule may change.
The simultaneous release is notable because it gives players two distinct approaches to the same objective: controlling Treasure Areas. Warcury is designed to respond to threats against those areas, while Ju Peter has a capture mechanic intended to help him reach them directly.
The campaign also includes an Extreme Legendary Ticket Scout and additional ticket-based Scout options. These are separate from the featured Extreme Bounty Festival, and the applicable tickets and rewards depend on the individual Scout. Players should read each Scout's in-game Rewards and Rates information before using tickets or Rainbow Diamonds. No fixed pull cost, guaranteed character count, or featured rate is assumed here.
What Does St. Topman Warcury Do?

St. Topman Warcury is a Dark Element Defender, but his announced kit goes beyond simply standing on a captured Treasure Area. His official character introduction highlights movement toward a Treasure Area when respawning or by holding the Normal Attack button. It also confirms that he can change class, allowing his battle role to shift as the situation develops.

One of his featured abilities is “I Will Chop You Up!” The attack becomes stronger while his Defensive Shield is maintained. That connection between shield protection and offensive power is central to the abilities shown in his introduction.

These details establish two things without requiring assumptions about damage values. First, Warcury has movement options connected to Treasure Areas, which matters in a game where possession of objectives determines the outcome. Second, keeping his shield intact is relevant to more than survival because it also affects his highlighted attack.
The announcement does not, by itself, justify claiming that Warcury is unbeatable on defense, that his movement always targets a specific flag, or that he will outperform every existing Defender. Those judgments would require a closer reading of the full in-game traits and actual match results.
Warcury's addition also continues the Five Elders releases previously covered in our OPBR St. Marcus Mars EX Guide. That earlier article concerns Mars and his own abilities; Warcury's Defender kit is a separate release.
How Does St. Shepherd Ju Peter's SP Capture Work?

St. Shepherd Ju Peter is a Dark Element Runner. His most prominently announced mechanic is SP Capture, which allows him to move directly toward a Treasure Area and capture Treasure when the ability is ready.

The crucial requirement is the Power Gauge. SP Capture can be used when the gauge is full, and the official character announcement says players fill that gauge by hitting opponents with skills. That means SP Capture is not described as an unrestricted movement option available whenever a player presses the capture button.
This creates a different objective-focused playstyle from Warcury's. Ju Peter's highlighted mechanic connects combat actions to an opportunity to contest or take a Treasure Area. His role is still Runner, but the path to using SP Capture starts with charging the gauge through successful skill hits.
The announcement confirms the core interaction, not a universal guarantee that every Treasure can always be captured or that opponents cannot interrupt him. It also does not provide enough information to declare ideal opponents, guaranteed counters, or a definitive League tier ranking. Those would be separate gameplay assessments rather than facts established by the reveal.
For readers planning to use either character in ranked matches, our OPBR League Guide explains the broader importance of Treasure control and the different contributions of Defenders and Runners.
How to Claim the 200 Free Rainbow Diamonds

The October Special Live Broadcast Reward Login Bonus accompanies the new character release. Players can receive 50 Rainbow Diamonds per login day across four days, for a maximum of 200 Rainbow Diamonds.
The announced login bonus period runs from October 21 at 14:00 JST (12:00 WIB) until October 31 at 13:59 JST (11:59 WIB). The event notice also specifies an earlier login requirement for collecting the full 200-Diamond total, so players should not assume that starting on the final day will provide all four rewards.
Unlike a single lump-sum gift, the total depends on collecting the daily rewards. The campaign information identifies the login bonus as part of the celebration, while the English-language game announcement notes that login rewards are delivered to the Gift Box. Players should check the Gift Box and the event notice for their own collection status and any applicable expiry conditions.
The campaign includes a Medal Event, with medal materials available through Event Missions. Its detailed mission rewards and any medal-specific requirements should be checked in-game rather than inferred from the general campaign announcement.
Which Five Elder Fits Your Team?
The new characters do not fill interchangeable positions. Warcury is the Defender with Treasure Area movement, a Defensive Shield, a class-changing feature, and a shield-dependent attack. Ju Peter is the Runner whose standout ability, SP Capture, depends on building a Power Gauge by landing skills.
That distinction is useful when deciding which character interests you. Players who prefer responding to threats around Treasure Areas may be more interested in Warcury's advertised mechanics. Those who prefer pursuing captures may find Ju Peter's SP Capture more relevant. Neither preference should be mistaken for a confirmed recommendation that one character is stronger than the other.
The Five Elders Starfall Festival therefore adds more than two recognizable names to the roster: it introduces two different objective-oriented mechanics at the same time. Between the limited Scout period and the four-day Rainbow Diamond login rewards, players have specific dates and confirmed features to check before committing their resources.
