All three Step-Up banners guarantee their rate-up unit at the end of Step-Up lap 3. The Step-Up tracks are paid.

Roxy's six-day window is the trap. She arrives a week into a fortnight-long event, sharing the same closing time as units available since day one.

The 60 spins and the 150 spins are different things

Up to 60 free spins come from collab gacha tickets and crystals distributed through the collab event and the Collab Login Bonus. These are the spins that can pull collab units.

Up to 150 free spins come from the Daily Free 10-Spin Step-Up Gacha promotion — a free ten-pull each day, with a guaranteed UR ark at Lap 3 Step 5. This runs on the regular Step-Up Gacha, not the collab banners. It's generous, and it will not produce Rudeus, Eris or Roxy.

The ad promo outlives the collab

The Video Ad Reward Boost Promo raises crystals per ad from x30 to x50 and daily ad watches from 3 to 5, while the Video Ad 3-Spin Gacha goes from 2 to 3 daily watches with Maylymare and previous UR arks added to its pool.

It runs 3 September to 24 September — eight days past the collab's close.

That matters for planning. Crystals farmed through ads after 16 September cannot be spent on collab banners. The feature is smartphone-only and resets daily at 11:00 am PST / 12:00 pm PDT.

Rudeus and Eris are designed as a pair

This is the most important build detail in the reveal, and it changes the pull calculation.

Eris' trait "I Will Protect You" grants, at battle start and every 40 seconds, a damage-nullifying buff worth 200% of her max HP — to the male ally with the highest INT at battle start. While that ally lives, Eris takes 50% less damage. Her second trait, "What Are You Doing?!", triggers Enraged and Rage when that protected ally goes down.

Her skill "Rudeus is Amazing!" gives a random allied male Sorcerer a +50% magic attack damage buff at battle start.

Rudeus is a male Sorcerer with INT +30% built into his own skill set.

And the collab LR ark, Return Route for Two, closes the loop: it cuts attack magic MP cost by 30% only if exactly one other ally also carries the Mage of Buena Village skill set.

None of this is subtle. The pair are written for each other, and pulling one without the other leaves a substantial portion of both kits idle.

What each unit does

Rudeus — four-element Sorcerer

• Incantation-less Magic User: Fire, Ice, Earth and Thunder damage +130%, damage cap +120,000, attack magic casting speed +100%, with stacked bonuses against attribute weaknesses.
• Demon Eye: Eye of Foresight: debuffs the highest-INT enemy's casting speed by 50% and magic attack damage by 35% for 60 seconds; his own damage taken drops 50% while he holds at least 10 MP.
• Skills: Mud Drop (long-range Ice), Stone Cannon (frontal Earth), Exodus Flame (wide-area Fire), Special Explosion (cap +200,000).
• New magic: Cumulonimbus, a Thunder attack against all enemies.

Eris — single-sword physical attacker

• No-attribute damage +40% with a +140,000 cap when only one sword is equipped.
• Skills: Boreas Punch (+20% crit rate), Boreas Dance, Slice Clean in Two (gap-closer), Special Longsword of Silence (cap +300,000).
• Dead End Headband: autorevive with full HP, once per wave.
• Pretty Please, Meow☆: chance to Stun all enemies at battle start.

Roxy's kit was not shown. She appears in the gacha schedule and the collab stamps, but no trait, skill or ability slides were presented. Anyone deciding whether to save for 10 September is deciding without information.

3. Farm crystals through the ad promo before 16 September, not after.
4. Don't count the 150-spin promotion toward collab pulls.
5. Note 10 September separately for Roxy and Ark Set 2.
6. Finish the Collab Challenge for the frame — it costs no currency.

The honest summary: this is a two-unit collab with a third arriving late and undocumented. If your budget covers one guaranteed pull, the Rudeus-and-Eris pairing is where the mechanical value is concentrated, and it's the pairing the arks were built to support.
