Aniimo Season 1 Part 2 Preview: Whisperwake Isles and 51 New Aniimo

Aniimo Season 1: Departure with the Wind Part 2 arrives on October 29, 2026, and it is the biggest update since launch. Pathfinders get a brand-new water-themed map, Whisperwake Isles, along with 51 new Aniimo, the first player-designed Aniimo, permanent PvP modes and a Halloween event lineup that runs until early December. Finish Part 1 Before October 29

Part 1 content, including any unclaimed Journey Moments login rewards, ends before the October 29 maintenance. Log in and claim everything you have earned before the update, or it will be gone.

New Map: Whisperwake Isles

Whisperwake Isles is a water-themed archipelago and the first open-world region outside Breezy Plains. It is split into four areas:

• Crescent Bay
• Wildwater Gorge
• Rosy Mirelands
• Cloudreach Falls

The new region also brings three story quest lines: A Tale of Tide and Song, Secluded Seas and Challenge of the Roaring Rapids. The preview even teases a creature the size of an island, so there is clearly more to discover than the map alone.

The season's story wraps up with Departure with the Wind: Part 2, which closes out Season 1 alongside the Legendary Journey season event.

51 New Aniimo

Part 2 adds 51 new Aniimo across 32 species, including Glameep, a Water/Grass Aniimo listed as No. 089.

Jaguaraun, the first player-designed Aniimo

Jaguaraun was designed by a player who won the first Aniimo Co-Dev Contest. It will be available through Resonance Fantasia from November 20 to December 9.

Season-exclusive Aniimo

• Prismana Hypnyto: on the paid Companion Handbook track, October 29 to December 9
• Prismana Ekrim: on the Season Achievement track, October 29 to December 9
• Hoptail: through the Aniimo Discovery summon, November 6 to 19

Vein Abundance: Weekly Prismana Rotation

From October 30 to December 6, a special Prismana appears each week in one Whisperwake Isles area and one Breezy Plains area:

• November 2 to 8: Pouchwisp in Rosy Mirelands and Tideblossom Coast
• November 9 to 15: Royalby in Wildwater Gorge and Sea of Flowers
• November 16 to 22: Jeburst in Cloudreach Falls and Russet Highlands
• November 23 to 29: Glameep in Crescent Bay and Echoback Landing
• November 30 to December 6: a Carnival week with no fixed areas

Permanent PvP Arrives

Part 2 makes PvP a permanent part of Aniimo with two modes:

• Real-Time 1v1 Duels: direct battles against other players
• Operation: Egg Heist: a team mode where Pathfinder groups compete to steal eggs, with the area fixed at level 50 so results depend on skill rather than roster strength

Two limited-time modes are also on the way: Aniimo Dash, an open-world race, and new Holo-Battle Sim stages. Their dates have not been announced yet.

Events in Part 2

All of these run from October 29 to December 9 unless noted:

• Night Parade: a Halloween event with a Pumpkin House, Candy House decorating and fragrance mixing
• Magical Night: a Home event with two limited crops, Magic Pumpkin and Memoryglow Fruit
• Tidal Path Rewards: a login event
• First Visit to the Whisperwake Isles: an exploration event
• Prismana Snapshots: a photo mode event from November 12 to 29

Your Part 2 Checklist

1. Claim all Part 1 rewards before the October 29 maintenance.
2. Explore Whisperwake Isles and start its three story quests.
3. Track the weekly Prismana during Vein Abundance.
4. Try Egg Heist and 1v1 Duels once PvP goes live.
5. Mark November 6 and November 20 for Hoptail and Jaguaraun.
6. Finish everything by December 9, before Season 2 begins.
